The prices are somewhat fair, similar to goodwill, some exceeding depending on the brand, but cheaper than a designer consignment store. All of the clothes are donated, and what's even cooler is that all of the workers are volunteers. This one in Thousand Oaks has the most wonderful community of older women who use their time to give back to the community. They're all so nice and kind, and are always up for a conversation. Additionally, they have jewelry, accessories, houseware, and trinkets. The hours are a bit tricky, but it's worth checking out if you are free.

I understand businesses have policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of compassion and flexibility, especially for a disabled customer. The first time I went in was right before Christmas, when I had just moved into my new home and needed a dining room table for Christmas dinner. I was able to find exactly what I needed, and they even helped me load it into my car. I later went back and found a family room table at a great price as well. Most recently, I stopped in looking for a single cabinet knob to replace one that was missing--and once again, they came through. Their selection is impressive, even for small items, and the people who work there are always kind and willing to help. Great prices, great selection, and genuinely friendly people. Still, I could see that other types of art mediums are taught. My understanding is that this is a popular destination for kids' birthday parties, though I could see it as a gal pals' get-together spot, too. I highly recommend this clinic. My puppy had a cryptorchid neuter surgery at around 8 months old,…read morewhich was more complicated than a standard neuter. The surgery went well, and the staff took great care of him throughout the process. Recovery was difficult and took several days because of the nature of the surgery, but the clinic provided everything we needed, including pain medication, antibiotics, and a recovery cone. When I felt my puppy still needed additional pain relief, I returned to the clinic, and they were very helpful and prescribed additional medication without any issues. The staff was kind, professional, and caring. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of care and support we received. I am very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend this clinic to other pet owners.
