I'll be complete honest with you. If I had written this review before my most recent experience if…read moreI'd give it 0 star if possible. Never anger a writer. This store is under new management and all I can say is: The Tides Have Changed! This store has turned around! The new manager Josh's customer service and professional demeanor during our conversation was outstanding! He apologized for the previous incident and fixed the problem and then some! I've been a T-Mobile customer for years. Instead of getting my phones online I always visit a local T-mobile store. I recently visited the T-mobile Brigham store and had a fantastic experience with the staff and getting a billing issue taken care of. Not only did they take the time to make sure everything was corrected, they made sure that I would get the credit back I was mistakenly charged! They are not just salespeople after a quick commission. They care. I cannot say thank you enough! Thank you for fixing my bill and saving me money every month!

Buyer Beware! Fraudulent Bait-and-Switch tactics cost me an extra $525 on an iPhone 17 upgrade than…read morethe promotional credit that was sold to me. T-Mobile just lost a 28 year customer and at least 3 other customers for life because of this store and their employees. I also reported to BBB. What happened: My brother visited the Brigham City store in November to upgrade his daughter's phone to the iPhone 17 Pro Max for her 18th birthday. Aubrey initially assisted and Sydney finalized the transaction. We were sold on upgrading our military family plan to capitalize on a sizable promotional credit to trade-in all 5 of our current devices for the iPhone 17. However, only 4 out of the 5 lines received the full promotional credit. The other line (mine) only received $105 for the promo credit, yet we were sold on a $630 credit, a $525 discrepancy. I've made several attempts to obtain the proper promotional credit, but have had no success. I've been informed Sydney no longer works there. Aubrey does not return phone calls and stated there is nothing she can do. She tried to place blame on us, saying we did not upgrade to an eligible plan. You mean the one you and Sydney sold to us? If that's truly the case, why did the other 4 lines receive the full promotional credit? We were told Oscar, the district manager, would be contacting us. He has made no attempt, despite two follow-up attempts on my part on 04/10 and 04/17. It is a shame, because up until this point, I've had a fairly pleasant experience with T-Mobile. But due to experience with this store and employees, I will be ending my 28 year relationship with T-Mobile.
