The speed is terrible and can't keep up with the clinic's needs. When he tried to switch to another company with faster speed AND a lower price, FirstDigital threatened him with THOUSANDS in cancellation fees. My doctor then tried to get FirstDigital to at least MATCH the other company's offer, and they REFUSED. They're totally unwilling to work with him on a solution. Highly recommend others stay away. I asked them to leave one extra receiver so I could just plug it in when I finished the unboxing. When it came time to install, I noticed the box was different than the others they installed. I called them to explain that they had left a Non-Genie type box. I was told they were aware of it. In fact, I was told that the box they left was incompatible with the genie system. They needed to send a tech out, for another service charge to switch out the receiver. I don't know how they stay in business treating their customers so poorly. Very bad ethics. I recommend that you DO NOT do business with them unless you have to. I'm forced to by my HOA.
