It doesn't feel thrown together at all. The finishes, the vibe, even the way everything flows... it's just nice. And the outdoor patio?? Huge. Like, you can actually breathe out there and not feel packed in. I love that there are different levels with bands and different energy depending on what you're in the mood for. That said... the upstairs is LOUD. Like borderline "I can't hear the person next to me" loud lol. Maybe I'm just getting old but wow. Drinks are where they shine. Stick with beer or whiskey and you're golden. Food used to be rough, not gonna lie, but I gave it another shot recently and it was actually really good this time, so that was a pleasant surprise. Service has always been solid for me. Nothing over the top, just consistently good. Overall, it's one of those places you go knowing you'll have a good time, even if it gets a little chaotic. Waited a few minutes, but was ready around the time I requested. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (with Piedmontese beef) and had fries and onion rings. I'll start with the good. The fries were very good. Crispy and salted, they definitely hit the spot. The onion rings were the best I've had. Hearty batter with a perfect crunch. Absolutely delightful and I could have eaten a million of them. Onto the burger. First of all, there was no bacon. If you're charging over $3 for bacon, gotta make sure it makes it on the burger. I also ordered the bun toasted; it was not. Good start. The patty had zero flavor. No seasoning could be detected. The only redeeming part was the burnt onion which I added. They really were burnt but had nice flavor. I'd give the burger a D rating. For $25, it really was a giant disappointment and eff you. Can't say I'm wanting to return. Such a shame. What used to be one of my favorites is now a lowlight. 2 stars because of the sides.

We showed the barkeep and she agreed to have th re-made. Fast forward another 20 minutes and they were over-cooked again. I haven't experienced this here ever before. Something seemed off. Caitlyn, the barkeep took care of our drinks for the inconvenience. Upon leaving, I saw the "cook" outside smoking a cigarette and sipping off a flask. I love this place, but if your kitchen staff can't hold it together, maybe it's time to look at other options. Thanks to Caitlyn for being as accommodating as possible. Next time I'll order something no-brainer, like some tatertots.
