I walked in fully expecting to be disappointed and unhappy with my sandwich but Dana knows her job and gave proper portions, was extremely polite, when I asked to add tomatoes to my sub she let me know that they are currently not in their best time of the year for the good ones and confirmed multiple times that I was sure I still wanted them on the sub.
