There's plenty of seating both downstairs and on the main floor, plus a separate room that's perfect for anyone looking to work or study. It looked like only one person was working, so we waited a few minutes until someone came to take our order. She prepared our drink right away, and we had them within five minutes. Creme Brulee Matcha ($6.50) + Tapioca Boba ($0.50): We opted for oat milk which didn't affect the flavor. The drink was good and not too sweet, though I wish the matcha flavor were a bit stronger. Take your time mixing it well, as the creme requires a little effort to blend smoothly. The boba had a nice, soft, and chewy texture, though it wasn't flavored.

The "multigrain bread" is just grocery store bread. My husband's pastie was smaller than they told us it would be and very much over cooked. The meat was definitely over cooked. I saw the menu with specialty drinks and specialty prices. But I ordered a large coffee with half and half, simple stuff, IMHO. She asked if I wanted it cold, and I said, "Nope, just a large coffee with half and half." When I got my coffee, it was $6.50. That, to me, is a specialty coffee price, not a coffee with half and half price, even at Starbucks pricing. When I tasted my coffee, it had foamy half and half and really didn't seem to have any coffee. I should have had it redone but thought it would taste more coffee-y as I drank it. It did not. Ultimately, I paid $6.50 for frothy half and half with a splash of coffee.

And the fresh berries inside were delicious! You need to try one of the hand pies if that's the only thing you get here! Our sandwiches were really yummy as well. I got the Smokehouse and mom got the Bacon Apple Cheddar. Mine had a lot of sliced chicken breast which I appreciated. Very solid and filling panini, even if it was a little on the messy side. It wasn't mind blowing but it's a solid and safe choice if you want a great tasting panini. But man, I tried a handful of bites of my mom's sandwich and it made me wish I had gotten that one! Something about those thin slices of warm apples mingling with the melted cheese and bacon just worked so good! Not some crazy sandwich but something a bit more special than what you'd normally get. But it was fantastic. Definitely a winner and something I'd easily recommend getting here. That and the hand pie!
