My matcha latte wasn't even close to filling the cup and wasn't whisked properly. I would estimate an entire inch shy of filling the cup. The Mario sandwich I got was a bit burnt around the edges of the croissant and the mozzarella seemed gummy/plastic-y. Wish I would've checked reviews before stopping there. I always like to choose non-Starbucks if I have the option but it's experiences like these that frustrate me and make me regret my choice. read more

Traveling for a friends birthday today and desperately needed coffee. We stopped off at common Grace coffee and there was a single lady holding it down. She was killing it. She was getting everyone's orders and easily pushing them out. I didn't get her name but she was doing amazing work. I was transferring-through this airport to Philadelphia and stopped by this cafe. Somehow, in the middle of the transaction the cashier told me they didn't have any tea lattes despite the digital-menu flashing it with neon lights. I'd give less than one star if I could. Not that I really expect much from an airport coffee shop to begin with - let's be realistic. However the barista who served us today was straight up antagonistic, patronizing, and frankly quite miserable which I can't blame him - I'd be too, if I was him. However being a total bitch to customers isn't quite how I'd express that, myself. We went to order two lattes, and as he was ringing us up I mentioned that I would like them iced. He snapped at us saying "when you go to a cafe you should say that at the beginning of the order" and made sure several times to let us know exactly how inconvenient it was for him, rolling his eyes and condescendingly telling us how we should order coffee and that our order would take a while. We all have our bad days, but this dude was unhinged lol, even when I was nice back and apologized when I really should have asked him who tf he thinks he's talking to lmao. The cherry on top was that the coffee sucked , Starbucks would have been better. (ironically - I'm a manager for a coffee shop! not just a barista :) so being talked to that way almost made me laugh in shock, but I digress ...). EDIT: we went back and asked for a refund , because the coffee was genuinely that bad and we took like a sip each before deciding we couldn't drink it. I ordered a 2 breakfast sandwiches and was told the oven was not working then I ordered and paid for a cappuccino when the lady went to make it her milk frother was also not working l. Which I was kind of glad for because she grabbed her foot just before making my coffee without washing her hands. I asked for a refund but she was unable to give me one and the person who could give me a refund was unable to go there and give me one... so she offered me a large coffee instead which was much cheaper than the price I paid. Terrible tasting and scalding hot lattes. I had to throw mine away and go to Starbucks. What a shame and waste of money and time. We bought a roosters egg $7.15, French Granny $8.80 2 bananas $2.18, 2 vanilla lattes $6.25 each. So we spent $31.62 and had a horrible experience. Was expecting that my iced honey lavender matcha latte would at least taste decent since it costed me over $6, sadly it did not. Tasted of straight honey/pollen, and as you can see in the picture, there is very little matcha in the drink. I could not taste any sort of lavender either. Not sure which employee I spoke with, but she said that I was only available to purchase the largest size of this drink. Seems odd, I also work in a coffee shop and we come across the issue of running out of the smaller cups but this woman wouldn't make the smaller size and put it in the cup size they had. I won't get too picky, but I was pretty disappointed with the drink :( read more

They had a huge sign that said "opens at 7 am". Remind you, this is an airport, people are here EARLY and people are tired. The two openers proceeded to open the pull down gate halfway, kept the lights off, while they watched me waiting for them to fully open.
