Didn't leave out of there until almost 4:30. Technician kept telling me it's done and almost done for an hour. Don't lie just tell me how long it gonna be, i would've gone else where. After going in the next day when my appointment was, I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment, they finally call me up and the person "helping" me at the time could not have been more uninterested. After telling him what I was there for he tried saying I didn't make an appointment the week before and then was saying the machine was down for "weeks" and he would give me a call when it's up. A different reason for why they couldn't do it.
