In October 2024, we met with Ron Stinemetze and the Silver Creek Designs team (a division of Aim…read moreConstruction Services LLC) at our home near Durango, Colorado. They reviewed our remodel plans, toured the property, and gave a very convincing presentation. Based on their assurances, we hired them and sent a bank wire transfer to start the project. Unfortunately, by February 2025, nothing had been done. Several contract deadlines passed with no progress, and despite repeated attempts, I could not get Ron or Melissa Stinemetze to return my calls. Later that month, we received a notice that Silver Creek Designs had closed. No work had ever begun, and the money we paid was not returned. This was a devastating and extremely disappointing experience. In my opinion, Ron and Melissa Stinemetze did not act professionally or honorably. They may reappear under a different business name, so I strongly urge others to use extreme caution. Based on what happened to us, I cannot recommend Silver Creek Designs, Aim Construction Services LLC, or anyone associated with Ron or Melissa Stinemetze.

The representative was friendly and informative. I received a reasonable quote, which included a discount for taking the rugs into them. Plus, because the estimate of sq. footage was a little off, I was given a small refund. I was so pleased I decided to return with 3 more rugs. They did just as good of a job as before.

Once I chose Brothers, the operations manager came by to look at and mark the terrain and discuss a start date. They came back the next morning to finish up and spent extra time and effort tightening the woven wire and closing gaps that were created by shallow ravines in the challenging sloped terrain.
