I do not even know where to start with all the issues and…read moremisrepresentations we experienced. 1-The estimate was for $152; our invoice was for $212. 2-I contracted them to provide service for all the items on their "move out" clean, which they did not provide. Not only did they not clean everything on the list, but no one from the company had advised me otherwise. 3-I contracted them for 4 hours of cleaning a completely empty, one-level 1600+ house, which should have been plenty of time. I asked that they contact me if they needed more time, but no one from the company contacted me. 4-There were no post-clean photos that they could provide to me. 5-Our landlord charged us an additional $150 to have a 2nd professional cleaner come in and RE-CLEAN our place as she noted the place was not properly cleaned. When I called to discuss the issues and concerns we had with Lucky Services, the manager was rude and unprofessional. At one point she hung up on me. Offered only an apology for the mistakes. AWFUL. Will NEVER use again.

Ferrol took on a large landscaping project for me including a retaining wall which he guaranteed…read morethe structural integrity, and told me "he stood by his work" and if anything failed, he would fix it. After 2 winters, the retaining wall collapsed. When I contacted Ferrol to rectify, he refused to pay for an actual professional mason who fixed the project. So much for standing by his work. Further with the initial project, Ferrol did not finish the project, did not complete the three other retaining walls in the initial contract and did not provide landscaping, demanding more money to finish the project. He is not educated in structural integrity and has no formal engineering training. He did not respond to my letter asking for compensation after I had a mason do the work. The mason said the retaining wall Ferrol installed should have never ever been constructed, it was doomed to fail.
