Around midnight the night before my boyfriend and I moved his best friend completely bailed on us…read moreto help us with out move. We already had the u-haul reserved and we had no idea what to do. I started googling "moving app" and bellhops was the first to pop up. OMG. LIFESAVERS. They were immediately in contact with me, and told me it was going to be tough on such late notice but they were there working hard to find someone. It was stressful, but they called me an hour before the time scheduled and said they had 2 guys for me! The price is well worth it and these people really know what they are doing. Our big studio took about 2 hours to load into the small uhaul and about 45 mins to unload at our new place. They moved all of the big furniture and didn't leave a scratch on anything! I have recommended this service to all my friends and co workers because it is more than worth it! Thanks for finding me great movers in less than 24 hrs and being so professional and letting me pay with a card/tip on the card also! Great great service!

Terrible communication. I almost changed my mind about them, but then was contacted by a…read more"supervisor" who was very responsive before the move. The originating move from Texas was fine. The trucker turned out to be a complete liar, which we learned when so much of our stuff was waterlogged. Good thing the movers at our final destination (Washington state) took video of water pouring into the truck in the rain. During the move into our new place I tried to get hold of Bellhop via phone (AI assistant- super annoying, didn't result in a call for 5-6 hours) and text. They completely dropped the ball. By a miracle, our stuff arrived in ok shape, even though the boxes were soaked. I only filed a claim for an expensive linen lampshade, even though we did end up with some scratches on the furniture. Just got back the claim result: they are offering me ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY CENTS. My annoyance and disgust with this company is very, very high. Awful.

They did an amazing job! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service today. The 2 guys who…read morecame to move us were very friendly, communicative, and careful with all our belongings. What really impressed me was that we had a couple lamps with loose screws and were wobbly. We didn't mention it to our movers, we figured we'd fix them later. When the lamps arrived at our new home, the lamps were no longer wobbly. I asked our mover, Shane, about it and he said they noticed the lamps needed a quick fix so they tightened some screws for us. They did that without being asked. I know that seems so small, but we've never had a moving company go above and beyond like that. No damage, no scratches on walls, and they finished in less time than I was quoted. We hate moving, but these guys really made this day feel easy and smooth. I strongly recommend everyone to consider hiring this company.

Everything. They were very friendly and professional. I had been told I needed two containers for…read moremy things. They, thru their excellent loading of the container, were able to fit all my things in the larger container. There was no wasted space which would have been true if a non-professional did it. This saved me a lot of money. They took great care wrapping furniture in blankets and then plastic wrap. I used them in the past for a local move and they were equally wonderful.

So quickly after I posted the last review, the owner reached out to me and apologized for what…read morehappened. It was a really nice gesture and he did assure me that they have higher standards of service and that they will be working to make things right. He adjusted the cost of the move, which my boyfriend was happy about. I also used the $6 walnut stain pen from amazon and was able to fix (hide) most of the marks on edges of the bed, and make the scuff on the nightstand less noticeable. Moved to Tacoma and boyfriend booked this company. Only needed to move a bedroom set but needed disassembled and reassembled (to fit thru doors). Condo is a bit of an inconvenience in this regard. Company was prompt and courteous, and I was ready to be super happy with them but I was disappointed that out of two night stands and a bed with storage (Queen, 6 drawers) and mattress: mattress cover was stained with grease in one spot (the mattress was wrapped?!), large scuff on one nightstand, smaller scuff on the other. Several marks on the drawers. I booked to avoid the hassle of doing this myself. When I initially bought the furniture a lot of it came from the store unwrapped so I thought movers would have a similar level of care (what's the diff? In particular the nightstands came originally without any covering so I expected them to travel without incidence). It was mostly a waste of $600. I will add I did not seek any thing from the company and maybe they would offer something. I purchased a $6 walnut stain pen from amazon so hopefully that hel

I was quoting for 3men and truck at 228$ per hour + 1 hours (228$) of travel fee. I call them three…read moretimes prior to make sure there is no other fee that will surprise me at the end. I spoke to Jason and Steve who is the owner of the company. They ensure me that the quote is accurate and no other tax or fee will be added. They told me not to worry and everything will be straight forward and smooth transaction. Obviously not happening after the crew finish the work. The crew start working at 9am and finish at 12:10am and then call the office for the final charge. The move is from Storage to unload at residential home. I thought it would be easy and smooth transaction. Just labors and truck. Nothing complicate. The branch manager call for the total of 1235$ which combine all fee that is not even in the quote. I believe this is a Shady and scandalous way of doing business. I should believed some other bad review on yelps and Google. At the end they lower the price to 1081$. The calculation that I got from my calculation is 3hours and 10 Mins + 1 hour of travel fee = $950. I didn't use any of packing material. I only use the labors+truck. This actuall pisses me off. I just paid them 1081$ just to get it over with. The only good thing about this transaction is Erick and his crews are very curtious and polite. They work fast. I have another loading coming in from out of state. I think I better use any other company. They promised me of 10% discount. You have to be crazy to use them again. This service and totally experienced is not worth 1081$. Be very careful with this company. You better of finding some other local company. This company is a joke. Save yourself time and headache by looking else where.
