Bugs never truly went away, customer service aint it. It hit a point where my exterminations were telling me about back of house issues and to stop calling for etas or else they are being constantly checked on so then in turn you have poor service cause they are trying to be in and out to get to the next house. Ive been on Medical Leave since October, they have been showing up to my house and trying to talk to me through my fence over NINETY DOLLARS. They tell me every-time they'll leave me alone until Im back on my feet but Im still getting calls, people at my house, and mail all over. The customer service agent "Justin" started to get dismissive and try and get me off the phone when I was trying to get them to stop coming to my house, they are the ones bothering me on a daily basis. Update a day or 2 later: still calling and harassing me, its hit the point Im irritated and they refuse to listen to reason what so ever and instead want to collect on my disability checks. Justin cant do anything but put a "notation on my account" and John the servicer doesnt care what so ever. Hes been reading my messages but is failing to respond upon request. As I write this I am trying to hold back my tears.Ohana Pest ruined a big part of my life. I live…read morein an old apartment where they needed to pest control for roaches. A month ago Ohana came into my apartment to do the inspection to see if it was needed and it was. I asked the gentleman that was doing the inspection how that would affect my many fish tanks with thousands of dollars worth of fish. He said that the chemical they use and that because they would only do it in the kitchen that all I needed to do was put a lid on it. I also asked about how it would affect my other pets and he said that i could just have them in the bedrooms and that it wouldn't affect them. Fast forward to June 28th the day they were schedule to come to my apartment. In preparation for their visit I had covered all my tanks , turned off all the tanks bubblers(they extract air from outside the tank and put it inside the tank) so no infected air would be put in the tank. I didn't trust leaving my pets home so my mom took the dogs with her and i put the cat in the balcony, and I thank god everyday that I did that. Before leaving the house I left a note in the kitchen , an area where the procedure was to take place stating the following " if this chemical is in any way or form dangerous to my fish please do not proceed. My mom,husband and I left the house before noon. My mom walks in around 2pm with a mask on, by the sign of the door they had just left the house an hour before that. A minute after , my mother calls me barely being able to get a word out as the shock and pain consummated her. When she is able to speak she tells me that all my fish had died. At this point I broke down in tears. The fish that I had been raising for 3 years and that would have otherwise lived for another 12 years were all dead. $3898 with of fish were gone. The money was the last thing going through my head but I just wanted to point this out as it helps you understand that it wasn't just an emotional loss but a huge financial loss as well. At work I couldn't even concentrate but I also couldn't bear going home. My husband went home. He in tears had to remove all the dead fish from the tank so I wouldn't have to see them . I called Ohana a couple days later as an anonymous caller and asked what they recommend doing when you have fish in the house and they said again and I quote "put a lid on it". If you go to the doctor and have to get surgery wouldn't you expect the doctor to give you accurate and detailed information on how to get ready for your procedure ? Wouldn't you trust the doctor, a profesional who especialices on that procedure to tell you the truth? Well I trusted the pest company and my pets died. I ran through every possible way that Itcould have been our fault that they died and it definitely wasn't something we did.
