The place is huge but half of it is taken up by surf gear, swimwear, and skateboards, but the other half has every genre under the sun represented well. I was called by them saying my firearm was in and ready to pick up. I go there and once I go in and ask about my gun transfer/gun pick up she immediately gives me attitude and says did we call you! I said yes ma'am, and she says what for (still with the piss attitude) I tell her what firearm and I give my name and before I can even say my last name she is waving her hands in the air for me to hurry up. In the end I received my firearm and it was probably because of the young man taking over the paper work / background check. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

Took over a week so I was a little disappointed that it took so long versus other tennis shops whereby I purchased racquets which took only a few days and I was able to track the delivery of my racquet. I also am very disappointed in the stringing of the racquet. The top strings were very loose which resulted in a "tang" and vibration when I mishit the ball. I complained about this but no response. All in all, I will probably not use nor recommend this shop to my friends.
