I ended up losing a bunch of weight and they were patient with me as I tried on pants later last year. I do suggest if your starting your nursing school program at a peak time like I did (I started in January 2025), get your scrubs ordered as soon as you have your nursing school orientation and you confirmed what your school wants which is very important if your required to get your scrubs embroidered. It took me a few weeks to get my stuff in but that was because everyone in my program and everyone at surrounding nursing schools were also getting their uniform ordered. There was a small mishap where the wrong jacket was ordered but they made things right and ordered me another jacket that fit me like a glove at no extra charge which is wonderful customer service. I plan to return to them once I start working in nursing for my uniform needs. Chose small business over scrubs and beyond.

They carried many of the same brands as the uniform shops near the Medical Center at a better price. As time went on, we needed basic medical supplies for my Mom. Again, we went to Bayshore Medical Supply. David and Kathy have always been so courteous and helpful, why would we go anywhere else? When my husband's health began to decline, he decided he needed a medical recliner, one that would lift you up out of the chair. We went to Bayshore Medical right away and my husband found what he wanted. Before we bought it, we shopped a couple of furniture stores that carry "medical" recliners. They cost as much as the one we liked at Bayshore Medical but did NOT have all the features. Needless to say, we bought from Bayshore Medical. We were thrilled with the chair!! My husband, Ray, practically lived in it. Fast forward a year or so, the heat/vibration control stopped working. Ray called Bayshore Medical and David said he'd order another hand control right away and come install it as soon as it came in. It came in quickly and David came out as soon as he got it. Once he got the chair in position to replace the controller, he saw that it had come unplugged. He simply plugged it back in and Ray was back in business. He didn't charge us for coming out and left the new controller with us in case we ever need it. Now I'm ready for a recliner and we didn't waste time looking around. We went straight to David. I want a petite chair, one that "fits" me so my feet will touch the floor when I'm not reclining. David didn't have a small chair in the one I liked the best. He said he needed one for his showroom anyway so he would order one. No obligation to buy......simply wanting me to see and sit in the chair I think I want. Well, I did that today and I bought it before I left the store! It has ALL the bells and whistles! Can't wait! Do yourself a favor and don't waste time anywhere else. I am a full-time Paramedic, and I rarely have the time off, but today was my day off, and I decided to take some time out of my day, and drive to this store in hopes of purchasing some new boots for work. As I walked through the door, the two men behind the cashiers desk, barely greeted me, as if they didn't care for my potential business or value me as a customer. They were too busy leaning back on the side countertop of the cashiers desk having a private conversation, instead of projecting a welcoming attitude, and thus emitting a positive atmosphere.. NOT once did ANY of the employees on shift ask me if I needed any assistance in finding any products. NOT once did they walk over to check if I was finding everything okay, which in fact I was not, because the lack of stock in the tactical boots area was terrible..and NOT once was I given the impression that I was a valued customer, which made me feel very unwelcome, and uncomfortable...I have in fact over the years spent a lot of money at this store for work gear, and presents for my family, and I have always found the employees to be rude, lazy, and unwilling to lift even a finger to help a customer. I didn't say anything because I gave them the benefit of the doubt..but today was their last chance. Due to the ongoing terrible customer service, and quite frankly, an ongoing lack in merchandise sizing and inventory..which I've noticed over the years, I would NOT recommend anyone to to take time out of there busy schedules to spend their hard earned money at this location. I feel that exceptional customer service is a massive driving force behind any business, and as someone whom has worked many years in the customer service field, I find the employees of the Webster location's lack of service, lack of effort, lack of any dedication to the customers needs, and their gross lack in professionalism, is absolutely atrocious.. When I walked out of the store, I made a point to look, and smile at the employee behind the cash register, as I am respectful. Not only did he look back at me acknowledging that I was leaving in a respectful and friendly manner, his vague type of glance, suggested a total disregard of respect. He made NO effort whatsoever to see if I had found anything I was looking for, nor did he tell me "Thank You For Coming Into Our Store Today", and or in conjunction with "Have A Great Rest Of Your Day"..which I feel is an example of a common courtesy which should be implemented in every business establishment for everyone whom walks into their store.
