It was actually scheduled for 1:00 PM, and I take 100% responsibility for looking at the wrong time. It was an honest mistake, and I have never been late to an interview before. I arrived around 1:20 PM and waited about 15 minutes before I finally had to stop an employee myself to ask for assistance. Eventually, David came over and informed me that my interview had been scheduled for 1:00. I immediately apologized and explained that I had accidentally looked at the wrong time. His response was, "Yeah, we aren't going to do this today," accompanied by a dismissive hand gesture, before simply walking away. I completely understand that being late to an interview can be inconvenient, and I would have understood if he had decided not to proceed with the interview. What I don't understand is the unnecessary disrespect and lack of professionalism in how he handled the situation. There was a much more professional way to communicate that the interview would need to be rescheduled or that they were no longer interested. I already felt terrible about making an honest mistake, and his attitude only made the situation worse. First impressions go both ways. If this is how management treats potential employees during an interview, it makes me question how employees are treated once they're actually hired.

After a horrific visit at a close by competitor that has USA in their name... this place stood out like a beacon in the night on a foggy night at sea. Upon entering we were immediately greated within 3 seconds. The gentlemen there welcomed us in as if we were familiar family. We approached the counter and I asked them if they did trades and he said yes but it depends on exactly what I was interested in trading. I went back to my vehicle to show them my trade and a little background and they were more than happy to give me close to what I purchased it for as it was only 2 days old from where I originally purchased it from. They happily gave us a small tour of their facilities and showed us some products of interest. They were extremely knowledgeable about every product there as they are also a gunsmith shop so can also do any type of modification allowable. I was extremely happy to hear that they have a 30 days return policy on anything you buy there. Their nearby competitor surely doesn't have that same policy. The customer service is excellent and I was able to make my trade as well as buy new hardware. I'm also happy to announce that they are adding a range early next year right next to them. I love that small shop feel of a place vs the corporate treatment where you're treated only as a number. In fact, whilst I was there another customer walked in complaining about that same nearby competitor and how bad they were with customer service. Clearly they have a reputation that Texas Underground doesn't have and have been the savior of many. This is my official spot going forward for Ammo and Armory. Be secure and Prosper.

There is a sticker on the gun informing the shooter of a laser. I asked about it and the salesperson said he had no idea even though he bragged about taking the gun in. He then flagged himself several times looking for the laser (it didnt have a laser) but he assured me the gun had gone through a 5 point inspection... the inspection wasnt thorough enough to identify the sticker or the lack of said laser...what a clown show.

No matter how many times I tried or how many You Tube videos I watched it was not happening. What got me a bit scare was my neighbor who builds rifles couldn't do it either. So I called R&D Workshop and a very polite young man Tommy didn't laugh at me and said it wouldn't be a problem. He told me I wasn't the first with this rifle not able to put it back together. His name is Tommy. So off I went to League City to find Dakota St which wasn't very easy because it is a very small road. Hint is to park and go in through the side entrance. I was told it would take a week. I said I needed much earlier since I was moving. So I left and got Tommy called me 45 minutes later told me he got it done. I was shocked but not as much till he told me the price: $20!!! I will NEVER go anywhere else!! They don't charge FFL fees for vets and 1st responders.
