After a horrific visit at a close by competitor that has USA in their name... this place stood out like a beacon in the night on a foggy night at sea. Upon entering we were immediately greated within 3 seconds. The gentlemen there welcomed us in as if we were familiar family. We approached the counter and I asked them if they did trades and he said yes but it depends on exactly what I was interested in trading. I went back to my vehicle to show them my trade and a little background and they were more than happy to give me close to what I purchased it for as it was only 2 days old from where I originally purchased it from. They happily gave us a small tour of their facilities and showed us some products of interest. They were extremely knowledgeable about every product there as they are also a gunsmith shop so can also do any type of modification allowable. I was extremely happy to hear that they have a 30 days return policy on anything you buy there. Their nearby competitor surely doesn't have that same policy. The customer service is excellent and I was able to make my trade as well as buy new hardware. I'm also happy to announce that they are adding a range early next year right next to them. I love that small shop feel of a place vs the corporate treatment where you're treated only as a number. In fact, whilst I was there another customer walked in complaining about that same nearby competitor and how bad they were with customer service. No matter how many times I tried or how many You Tube videos I watched it was not happening. What got me a bit scare was my neighbor who builds rifles couldn't do it either. So I called R&D Workshop and a very polite young man Tommy didn't laugh at me and said it wouldn't be a problem. He told me I wasn't the first with this rifle not able to put it back together. His name is Tommy. So off I went to League City to find Dakota St which wasn't very easy because it is a very small road. Hint is to park and go in through the side entrance. I was told it would take a week. I said I needed much earlier since I was moving. So I left and got Tommy called me 45 minutes later told me he got it done. I was shocked but not as much till he told me the price: $20!!! I will NEVER go anywhere else!! They don't charge FFL fees for vets and 1st responders.

But as he is doing that I observed an couple and another young lady gun shopping as well , but no id is present on the counter in display as my daughter's while she handles the firearm. I don't say anything but I observe, my daughter needs a specific gun for left handed people, he assures her it's ambidextrous. She is currently in gun training so she agrees , I personally don't know anything about glocks, I only shot pistols shotguns and AR-15 , so background ran gun is paid $700+ and packed up , because her class resumed that Monday. My daughter has class and the instructor informed her the gun has a glitch not sure how when it's supposedly a new gun . So at this point the gun is useless and another gun has to be purchased , so new this gun comes with 3 magazines cleaning kit and for less then $700 , Thanks to Bass Pro for the honesty and law enforcement discount. Overall I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone , yea they been around a long time and that could be the problem. Disappointed and unsatisfied with purchase but a sale was made .
