I especially want to recognize Jakob. He is a driving force in the gym's consistency and shows incredible integrity. He stayed calm under pressure and handled it with such professionalism that I felt completely safe and supported. Knowing the staff looks out for members like that makes this an environment I'm proud to be a part of!

Every trainer working at this facility treats you like a friend and the personal attention you get from your trainer is awesome. The equipment and range of different activities are phenomenal. They cater each workout to your specific abilities, needs and interests to make it as fun and as effective as possible. You really get more than your money's worth with Obstacle Destruction. I work out with them 4 times a week, and one of the really nice things is that while I work with different trainers depending on my schedule that day, they really communicate well with each other so that they build on the previous day's program even if they weren't my trainer that day. Their attention to detail and care is evident. They check in with me every session to see if I'm feeling particularly sore, if I'm getting the recovery time needed to avoid injury and how I'm feeling in general so that they can make sure the workout that day is appropriate. They talk to me about my goals and work with me to make sure they are doing everything they can to help me achieve them. I've worked with all of the trainers at various times, and while each of the them has their own style, they are all really great to work with. Their energy, positivity and encouragement really help you keep moving to try to do a little better each time. Even if you show up to your session feeling like it is the last thing you want to do, their energy is infectious and by the time you leave you are feeling so much better and so glad you came. This gym is a very private, comfortable place to work out and sweat hard.

Okay so... This will sound ridiculously unbelievable, but it is 100% true. I had a lower back…read moreissue that caused a stinger on the left side of my back with a full speed driver swing and constant pain in the lower right side of my back. I had numerous appointments with my sports medicine Doctor who is the head of the Centura Sports Medicine team and a physio. I also saw a chiropractor and got several massages. I had numerous x-rays. They ordered an MRI, BUT... On the very 1st session with Alyssa Magalong, she fixed my lower back during the 10 minute recovery portion after our training session by using a theragun percussion massage on my upper right glute. It was fixed. It has been fixed for over a month without any problems. I am just amazed. It has to sound fake, but it's not. She fixed it in a few minutes. So beyond that, Alyssa also happens to be a beauty pageant winner and is super down to earth, friendly, and charismatic. I had no idea about the beauty pageant stuff until I saw it on a description of her background on the wall with staff photos and background info, so she doesn't sit there and tell you how cool she is... She asks you about you and is genuinely interested in what you have to say. She listens. She will also kick your butt with training. I am super impressed, and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a very talented personal trainer. A+++ and Thumbs up for Alyssa. I am honored that she has been my trainer. I feel lucky to have found her. Hopefully others can benefit from my experience. She is the best.
