They do provide the service requested and gave me a link to make an appointment. We'll see how things go in a couple of days. The repair man, Alex, was prompt and identified the problem - two problems, actually. He was able to get the dryer running again, better than it had been. Reasonable price

No issues with the technician would did spend a bit of time taking the oven apart. He tested the control board and said it was the issue, collected my service fee, then an hour later sent an estimate for more than the price I paid for the oven two years ago. I can look at the part online and they are wanting to charge double, plus $500 for roughly the same labor that they just spent doing for a $65 service fee. So while they were quick to respond and nice enough... I'm still up a creek with less money and more wasted time.

My landlord found these guys and they came to replace an extremely old ac unit in the townhouse i…read morerent. They were late, that's no issue for me. I work from home, when they got there I had chores in my kitchen I needed to do, clean cabinets, meal prep etc. I asked before my partner left if they needed inside they said no, no more than 15 minutes later they just entered no knocking, kicking my trash pile around creating more work. They commented on my space with me in it. They were mumbling under their breath about my presence in the kitchen near their work site. They complained about each other to each other. They also took numerous smoke breaks. It took them a few hours to work, I was even commenting rudely back. I asked if they could install my Nest Thermostat, the guy again complained about how much he hates these they never work, it as giving a hard time installing with the app, he was fussing at me and telling me to hurry up he was obviously in a rush. It wasn't connecting and instead of figuring it out, he uninstalled it and put back the old one. Well they must have needed to go pretty bad bc they left the water heater gas valve undone and caused a gas leak in my home. I was unsure if the smell of gas after this install was normal, so my Landlord inquired with them, they said they didn't touch anything, but the thing is I was working in the kitchen and watched him take things out in the furnace closet so I saw him which is why I asked. Long sorry short, Nicor came, it was a sizable leak that could have eliminated me and my family over night and exposed my entire grouping of town houses. The value might have been good for my landlord, the ac works fine, just the behavior and carelessness that warrant the lack of stars. That's deadly and dangerous if you're working with HVAC it's important to CHECK YOUR WORK especially with when working around gas lines.

I found this business on Yelp as I was looking for a brand new furnace, AC unit, and heat pump…read moreunit. I messaged them and Erik immediately replied. Came out and gave me a quote for a name brand Carrier system that was over $1,000 cheaper than the nearest competitor (and I had 4 different companies quote). Installed it 3 days later and no problems whatsoever. The attention he pays to detail is insane. OCD in a very good way - everything is perfect - even the stickers are installed straight. Meticulous attention to detail. Went well above and beyond in every way. This is the business you want working on your heating and cooling! Very small company and Erik is the owner and does an amazing job. No multi million dollar company where you get a different tech every time who doesn't care. Can't recommend enough!

I highly recommend using service this business offers!!! Now, after project has been completed, I…read morecan say for sure Erik will do a great job, no matter what it'll be! I saw him working - in addition to knowledge and experience he has a good working culture, and you'll rarely find it these days!!! He did a complete A/C system replacement for me. He quoted the project and after that explained all the details I was asking about (even I was asking quite a bit more than a usual customer would). As a result we slightly corrected his initial standard proposal to better fit my not quite standard case. His price was sure better than those big companies estimated. After being a customer of Allied Air Conditioning and Heating Corp. for 37 years and watching deterioration of service level there as well as a price increase I'm switching to ThermPro Heating and Cooling on a permanent base for all my HVAC needs. I can see that here you can talk it through and find solution (possibly even not a standard one) that will fit your needs and checkbook. Corporate America does not operate this way (it just cannot) - they have a set of rules and some company standards that they have to be within, but I, as a customer, do not care about. In addition to all I see that if we, consumers, will not support businesses like this one, we will be paying more for less service. So I strongly encourage you to consider ThermPro Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs! And I thank Erik very much for the good job he's done for me.
