This would also require another camera charge. I was fine with it because I wanted a working dryer. Turns out, the thing blocking the the vent was just lint and when they found that out they were apologetic and made sure to get the job done right this time with no extra charge. I can say that nobody is perfect but you can count on this business to make it right if they make any mistakes!

George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. This experience with George / Astera is so positive that I'm posting my review even before the service is completed. He would set my reg service appt, cancel or just not show up. This happened repeatedly for months. He wouldn't respond to a call or text. I have referred him to both friends and personal clients.
