His parents actually started it, and he took it over when they retired. He has a picture of him working there when he was a little boy. Tori helped us that first day and many times as we have returned on several occasions to add things or modify things. She knows everything in that store, like the back of her hand. Extremely knowledgeable about the fitting and what the difference in different products were off the top of her head. She is definitely a professional. If you're looking for any kind of leather products, this is the best place to go. If you ride motorcycles, do not buy a vest from anywhere else before you go here. They have a bunch of patches that they will sell on at no cost, just the price of the patch, or you can bring your own patches and I believe the price is five dollars per patch. I'm assuming that also depends on the size of the patch. My wife got a vest and chaps, and she had some customization done to it, and Steven did it right there on the spot.
