We found a house we liked and asked Dawn to help us buy it. Offers were required quickly and Dawn immediately found us a mortgage specialist who could get us a pre-approval letter for the offer. We had a weekend and Dawn was able to put together the winning offer on the house that weekend. After we moved, it was time to sell our old townhouse and we were blown away with Dawn's expertise in selling. She created a list of improvements we could do that were cost effective; picking out all the furnishing and fixtures to maximize our selling price.
