I met with Michael Rogers and James Nellis initially and they explained the whole process and answered all my questions. They have a very competent team and an excellent network of associates. I went with a lender they recommended and was very pleased. The whole thing went very smoothly. There was a small hiccup with the sellers (no fault of James or Michael) just prior to closing and both James and Michael worked into the evening to straighten things out quickly. Another important factor is that they are able to do most document signing via electronic signature. This made the initial offer, negotiations and contract signing very efficient and much faster than otherwise might have been possible. After the contract was signed, I came into to contact other members of the Nellis team who assisted me and coordinated some of the processes leading up to closing. They were all very efficient and provided excellent service. Between Michael and the rest of the team, they made sure I didn't forget any necessary details. They may be excellent with sales but as far as property manager from the Tenant perspective, it ended on a very sour note for me. I was charged $200 for the removal of bamboo on the back deck that was there before I got there, grew during the 2 years I lived there and I did NOT plant or cultivate this plant.
