At first, there were two who weren't good matches, but within about two weeks, Oasis had set us up with three absolutely fantastic caregivers. They are kind, hard-working women, and enjoyable to be around, which is very important since they spend a lot of time with my mother. They help her with tasks around the house and are nearby to be sure she is safe as she goes about her activities. The day caregiver drives her to the grocery store, hair and nail salons, and various other appointments. They also help with baking, watch TV with her in the evening, and have interesting conversations. Overall, they have given her independence and have given the family peace of mind that someone is with her to look out for her health and safety.

The house is beautiful with a warm feel, homemade meals, large beautiful back yard with fruit trees, and a chicken coop. Jay (The owner) is so sweet, she makes frequent visits and does sing along songs for birthdays. They house is clean and always decorated for every season and holiday. I work with a lot of elderly and I know it's stressful and hard to have to make a decision to place a loved one in a home. Apple Blossom provides the care and love you are looking for.

By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these facilities are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF.
