My 80 year old sister has dementia. I tried finding her memory care in an assisted living facility but she was against every place I took her. I called care.com and they recommended 3 home care companies to call. The one I liked best was Easy Senior Care. Zina sent Martha over so my sister & I could interview her. I liked Martha right off the bat. My big concern was finding experienced quality care that we could afford. Zina and Martha have both been very accommodating and easy to work with. Martha has proved very experienced with dementia patients. She keeps my sister happy but knows how to stay in control of the situation. Martha seems to really care about the well being of my sister and communicates with me often. I totally trust Martha. Excellent service. Punctual, professional, and courteous. The vehicle that picked me up from the eye doctor was sparkling clean, inside and out, and marked with the Easy Home Care logo. I needed a designated driver to take me home after ocular surgery. The ride home was very pleasant. I couldn't have done better than Easy Home Care, Inc. The driver that assisted me was clearly interested in customer satisfaction. She was cheerful, positive, and proactive about anticipating a customer's needs. She specifically asked me if I wanted her to stay right in the waiting room, which was very considerate. She performed her duties in a competent and unhurried fashion. Her attitude is perfect. I also wanted to mention that Easy Home Care Inc. offers a variety of services related to home care. I only needed designated driver to check in with me at the eye center, then wait until the surgery was done, and take me home. They have many more services to offer. However, in this small transaction I was able to experience the high level of service and professionalism that this company is committed to giving its customers. We had an emergency out of town event I needed to attend and I needed someone to care for my mom who has Alzheimer's. My elderly brother has been having a major health issue as well as some memory issues this summer while I was out of town so I researched home care giver agencies and interviewed three of them in the La Quinta area, having traveled back from my summer home to do just that. Zina found us two fabulous, well qualified young women to help get him back on track health wise. They were in constant communication with me and I am happy to say that he has recovered so well with this great care that I was able to suspend service after a few months.
