On Saturday, November 17th, I had the pleasure of meeting two of the most competent and caring people ever, Aubrea and Ty. I had talked to the local office about having someone come to clean my house which had become pretty unkept over a three year period while my daughter was critically ill and I spent most of my time trying to make her comfortable and handling her medical needs. Needless to say, things had gotten a little out of control and my house was a mess. I called Two Maids & A Mop and we set the appointment for a deep cleaning on Saturday. The two ladies that came, Aubrea and Ty came early, went through everything with me and began their work, scrubbing, dusting mopping and everything that had been let go for quite a while. By the end of the day, my house was sparkling clean, smelled wonderful and I could not have asked for more. If you ever have the need for a deep cleaning or just regular upkeep I HIGHLY recommend this company and ESPECIALLY, MY LADIES, AUBREA AND TY. Ask for them if you can. They were simply wonderful and had my house in tip-top shape! Not only did they care about my situation they actually cared about ME. They knew I had lost my daughter on November 1st and things were pretty stressful to me and I have to tell you that they have called me everyday since they were here just to ask if I was okay. Another great visit with a new team. Brittany and Desirae came by and worked hard to get all the nitty gritty places that I usually overlook or neglect or nag my poor husband to lend a hand with. Thanks again Two maids and a mop! I've had good service with this company! You need to communicate what you need cleaned to the ladies coming so that adaquete time is given for your service. If you want a top to bottom scrub down including baseboards then it may take more than one visit. And 2 ladies cleaning for two or three hours can only do so much! And at a good cost. A TRUE deep clean can cost around $600 and take three or four ladies three or four hours in an empty home. A walk through should be done. Absolutely. I have seen a checklist so there is one. Or you can always print one up so you are prepared as an educated consumer. I always do a walk through before and after each visit so I get exactly what I need. And if there are any issues I contact the Jackson office after speaking with the ladies. This is not easy work. I had the most wonderful experience with the two ladies that came to my home. They worked without stopping until everything here was immaculate. Their attitude was pleasant and they both appeared to love the work they were doing. We have 3 dogs. I was concerned and tried to have them groomed on that day, but our groomer was booked up. No problem! These ladies greeted each one and were very comfortable with their presence. I'm not sure if I can mention their names here, but they know who they are. This service is top notch. Melissa is so accommodating in scheduling a day and time for service. Brandy trains the staff with efficiency and an attention to detail. The staff are friendly and do a fantastic job in cleaning. They work quickly but do a thorough job. They listen to you and want you to inspect their work upon completion. It is rare I find something that was overlooked but when I do, they graciously perform the requested service. We are so blessed to have found this service. read more

Just like any other business, if you hire new ones, you need to look after them closely to make certain they are doing their best or in some instances, others would tend to do the short cut, but Melissa is always there to fix things.
