I can't say enough for the professionalism, kindness, and taking the time to explain and understand what is being done. The billing dept, the scheduling, the hygienist, especially the dental assistant all helped make it such a good experience. Dr. Hanson is such a kind, and professional man and it was so comforting to be in such good hands. I was so appreciative of everyone and their going above the typical service you get other places. Please see the LENGTHY review I posted on Google…read more I wish I could copy and paste it, because I detail the exhorbitante billing practices employed by this "care giver". Changing her prescribed dental procedure, and announcing "We're going to do partial, rather than a crown!" indicated she does not have a clear vision of "best practices". At one point, while preparing a tooth for a crown, I experienced a tangible SHOCK emitting from my tooth and down into my leg. OBVIOUSLY striking a nerve in the tooth, she proclaimed that the tooth was absent a nerve - she proclaimed that the tooth had undergone a root canal. After POKING THE NERVE AGAIN, and my visceral reaction, she wisely (???) determined I needed to see an endodontist. I am GRATEFUL to have found a more compassionate and competent dentist than Dr. Nikki Christian. They ARE OUT THERE! #btw her practice encourages patients to post POSITIVE reviews on Google and rewards patients monetarily. Not very ethical in my estimation.
