He assembled a crew of dental hygienists and office staff that really had customer service down to a science! Although I haven't met the other dentists in the practice, I am confident they will continue the tradition of excellent dental care. I have appreciated that everyone at Blue Stem is very professional and friendly, and that the office runs on time. We have dental insurance and a good portion of the costs are covered, so I can't speak to affordability. But I think good dental care doesn't come cheap - but what does?

Her concern for her patients is remarkable and she has a way of making you feel like you are special even when you are being a little challenging. In response to some of the previous reviews regarding payment of dental services, I would like to say that several times when I was given an estimnated cost of service, the actual fees were less than originally stated. I was not asked to pay the original amount and then wait for a refund. I was asked to pay the adjusted amount (which was a nice surpirse to pay less than anticipated.) As a senior citizen, I would recommend Dr. Moore and Dr. Tayhlor Sutherland to anyone who needs a little extra patience when having dental work performed.

A coworker used to live in Brookside and went to Gregory Family Dental. When he found out that's where I was going for a check up, he said, "Ah....Emil....good guy."

My body tenses up, I physically shake, my pulse goes wild, the whole 9 yards. This is no change. I cried at my cleaning with Dr Harris before even meeting him. I have had only a handful of dentists work on me after some bad incidents from my childhood. Even the most trusted sent me into straight up panic mode. Dr Harris came in after Jenny cleaned my teeth (amazing, kind, and so gentle with me) and told me I had some cavities. I cried. Again. You see, I ALWAYS have work that has to be done which is why I never, ever go to the dentist. I can do everything they ask me to do, exactly as they ask me to do it, and I'll still have cavities. I cried because I was disappointed (not in Dr Harris). He was upset I was crying and asked what he could do to ease my fears. I wasn't sure. Could I trust him?? Fast forward to today. I leave work early to make my appointment. I've been dreading this all day. I get into the office after debating about cancelling the appointment on the same day and paying whatever fee I have to. My husband convinces me to keep the appointment and go. When front desk asks how I'm doing, I reluctantly answer with "could be better if I wasn't here." They were sad I was so nervous! I go back and get nitrous oxide. I've never had it before. Dr Harris does his thing and fills the first 3 of my cavities (still have 2 more trips to go thanks to my terrible teeth). He gets done and I'm so calm (probably due to the nitrous) and I can't help but tell him how thankful I am. I've never had an experience like this before at the dentist and while I've only been to probably 4 or 5 in my lifetime, 30 years has taught me that I can't trust them. But I am literally writing this just an hour after having much needed work done and I feel like I can trust Dr Paul Harris. I made sure to tell him that and that I'd tell you reading this as well. If you're debating going If you're scared If you have dental anxiety If you have anxiety in general If you haven't gone in the last year or 6 months even for a cleaning GO! If I can do this, you can too, and you should. He will do everything he possibly can to make you feel comfortable. I'll see you in October for the second round of fillings Dr Harris! The RDHs are always friendly and go out of their way to make our visits comfortable, whether offering pillows, blankets, specific flavors of tooth polish or a movie to help take our minds off dental matters. The ladies at the desk up front who deal with the business side always make our insurance coverage easy to understand even when I've forgotten some of the details I should know in advance. They make every effort to check on prices of services when I ask, and they can help set up payment plans if needed. They are kind and considerate when I need to reschedule an appointment, and they always welcome my family when we enter the office. Likewise, Dr. Bridenstine makes every effort to be sure dental services are stellar. We have always had a positive experience with his sedation dentistry, and he provides a thorough explanation of options when available. We have only experienced excellence in his work, and we have appreciated how he goes above and beyond to create a positive outcome for his patients. A couple of years ago, I returned to his office two extra times at no charge just so he could alleviate some discomfort I had after a filling needed to be filed a little more delicately. While I was numb, I hadn't noticed. Yet, he made it right a second time even after I wasn't sure about it the first time I returned. Now, that's patience for your patient! All the staff members work diligently to make dental visits pleasant. I have always appreciated their use of soft, professional voices via individual headsets to prioritize communication and timeliness while maintaining privacy. They ask about $50 Deposit for your next appointment, but when we came the deposit just disappeared, and administrator said that she know nothing about it. They just wanted me to pay again this amount. 2. Teeth Cleaning: after visit we found that we still have dental plaque in the mounth. The quality of cleaning was awful 3. The doctor wanted to extract 4 (four!) healthy teeth just without any reasons for it. 4. The doctor doesn't recognize the reason of inflamation and decided to make biopsy when there wasn't need in that. 5. Administrator is not friendly and never smiled for two visits we have. If you want to risk anyway and visit this dentistry, you will be disappointed and you will spend your and insurance money for poor quality service.
