Horrible place, never visit this Dentistry! Our experience we had in April 2024: 1. They ask about $50 Deposit for your next appointment, but when we came the deposit just disappeared, and administrator said that she know nothing about it. They just wanted me to pay again this amount. 2. Teeth Cleaning: after visit we found that we still have dental plaque in the mounth. The quality of cleaning was awful 3. The doctor wanted to extract 4 (four!) healthy teeth just without any reasons for it. 4. The doctor doesn't recognize the reason of inflamation and decided to make biopsy when there wasn't need in that. 5. Administrator is not friendly and never smiled for two visits we have. If you want to risk anyway and visit this dentistry, you will be disappointed and you will spend your and insurance money for poor quality service. read more

I saw Dr. Ezell today for a cleaning. I needed all updated x rays and the works. I also did an in office whitening treatment. Dr. Ezell made the cleaning quick and painless. There was virtually no wait time between switching out staff for various tasks. Front desk manager was kind and upbeat. I am not sure if this place has incompetent staff or if they are running a scam. I have a great dental insurance. I know this for a fact when I picked my plan. When I showed up for my appointment I was told I had to pay $147. When I question the staff he told me I had a reimbursement insurance plan. This did not sound accurate to me. I told him I will call my insurance to confirm and call him back. I left my appointment and drove home. I called my insurance and was told I did not have a reimbursement plan. My insurance offered to call the Dental place to see what was going on with their billing procedures. We were on a three-way call with my insurance went over the appropriate billing codes they were supposed to be using. After talking for about 10 minutes the worker said he will confirm everything with his manager and call me back. Mind you this is my dental insurance talking directly to this dental office to confirm I do have coverage and do not have to pay this exorbitant fee out of pocket. About four days later this dental office called me to tell me that my dental insurance was wrong??? Why would my dental insurance tell them the wrong information? We all know insurance companies do not want to pay claims so the fact that they said my basic cleaning and x-rays were covered does not benefit them in any way. I told his dental office I would find a new dentist. I found a new dentist and my co-pays are 100% accurate. Also the deep cleaning that this place claim I needed was also false. Brookridge Dentistry is a total scam! I was informed in advance that they had a cleaning & X-ray special for first-timers for $60. I went in there and it seemed okay and all. Then, they took well over an hour -JUST- to X-ray my teeth. Wanted a cleaning. They kept me waiting not too long but when the guy from the front desk came to me to 'Explain' to me about the cleaning, he said it would cost an extra $140, if I'm not mistaken. I was FURIOUS. He swore up and down that he explained (all that) to me in advance. No, he did not. I almost wanted to punch the nerdy bloke. Nearly wanted to make a scene. Told them that I was lied to. I have had nothing but issues since I started going to this dentist. They are rude, condescending and disrespectful. They purposely ignore what you are explaining what you need to have done. I continue to repeat myself but to no avail I am still ignored and purposely left waiting in the cubicle, expecting to have the hygienist or dentist show up. But no it doesn't happen. How is it possible to ignore your paying patient every time they show up. It's obvious that it's being done on purpose. The thing I don't get is that they have no issues with billing insurance for something that they didn't complete. Right now I have a partial and a crown both broken but neither one has been redone or an offer to redo them. They offered to change me 460.00, why?? I have only had it for less than nine months. I've had really bad experiences going to the dentist. This time it was amazing. I had a root canal done and then a crown put in. The entire staff was amazing from the front desk to the Dr's! They're also extremely flexible and will work with you! Will definitely be going here for life. read more

I had an amazing experience here! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My hygienist was such a delight. You can watch TV while you get your teeth cleaned, as they have TVs mounted near the chair. They have a medical insurance coordinator on site that called my insurance company to find out how much a specific procedure would cost before beginning. The dentist also called me personally to follow up the next day to make sure everything was okay. 5 stars for sure! read more
