Dr. Grace Roberts is top notch, but she is also a kind and caring human being. This really comes out in how the staff interacts with patients and each other. It is a very friendly, positive, and calm environment. Moreover, Grace Dental staff is also very knowledgeable and informative about dental hygiene, protocol, products and even diet! Dr. Roberts treats our entire family, and we all looks forward to our visits. She has a comforting bed-side manner and puts me at ease when I'm nervous. Dr. Roberts has handled four emergency situations in the last three months, and she completely went out of her way to help us, including weekend FaceTime calls to look at my kiddos' teeth and personally overseeing that we were scheduled ASAP. One of her assistants deserves special mention. Sophia is highly experienced and ably performs procedures. Dr. Roberts also works with top notch specialists in the area for root canals and implants and a reputable lab. The equipment the practice uses is cutting edge. read more

When I first moved to KS I was worried about finding a good dentist, and Grace Dental quickly put those worries to rest! They do a great job on all fronts by communicating well, having great bedside manner, and keeping things comfortable during cleanings, check-ups, and procedures. The office looks and feels nice and very clean, too! Overall I definitely recommend this dentist! read more

Love it here! Everyone is nice and respectful. They don't overbook so when I arrive there isn't a line out the door or people standing in the lobby. I'm not a dentist fan I feel like most people aren't but I actually don't dread coming here. Always in and out, always straight forward. Good times. read more

Grace Dental has provided excellent dental care for my family since 2005. Dr. Mina Sung has been a key provider in this practice working with Dr. Gloria Roberts and recently purchased this practice. Grace Dental has highly skilled dentists and all their staff both medical and front office reflect friendly, high quality customer driven, professional service that has been the hallmark of this practice since it's founding. I highly recommend Grace Dental for families as they provide exceptional care for adults and children. ~ Mike Negley read more

We have been going to Grace dental since 2015 and really like Dr. Roberts and her bedside manner. When our insurance went out of network, the office staff assured us we would be charged in network rates, however, that is not the case. They now have gone back on their word and said their notes say different. Why would we stay with a practice that would charge us more for services? That makes no sense. On top of the financial issues and the patient coordinators that can't explain charges, we have seen a few different random doctors in the past few years and we never have the same hygienist. Sadly, our mistake on trusting what the office staff said, but our lesson has been learned. read more

Friendly staff from start to finish. I went in for a check up, it took longer than expected because everyone is so talkative. the husband even came in to talk to me about trivia, BTW they give you trivia questions on the tv screen while they are working on your teeth. read more

Fabulous care. Had been 18 months since my cleaning with Covid and moving but here I am. They didn't judge. The hygienist Naomi was fantastic. Dr Robert's is empathetic and knowledgeable. Found our new dental home. read more

I live in Tennessee and travel to Kansas just to see Dr. Mina Sung and team. They always cater to my needs since I have high anxiety when I visit the dentist. The process from checking in is so welcoming and flawless, the hygiene is thorough and Dr. Sung is amazing at taking the time to listen to my concerns, she takes her time with my exam and explains everything. If you're looking for a dentist who you can trust call Grace Dental they are amazing! read more

This dental practice is a JOKE. I took the day off work to have a root canal done. I go to the office, they numb me and take more x-rays(mind you they just took them a week before of the same tooth). Then proceeded to charge me $140 for the numbing and x-ray and I was told that they charged me the whole cost then they will bill my insurance and whatever my insurance pays I will recieve a credit. WTF! Then refered me to a endodontics to do the root canal. So basically did nothing. They are scaming people for money. They put on a very good front with everyone being so nice in the office. Everyone in the office is smiling all the time, Yeah right to the bank. I will never go back to Grace Dental again. I highly suggest that you find another dentist. read more

The receptionists and dental hygienists are nice enough, and even the dentist remembers to ask about how school is going, and if the students are giving me a hard time or not. I see Dr. Dallal twice a year, but he actually remember who I am. It's not a huge office, and everything is very personal. You can watch tv during your procedure if you want, since each chair has its own computer screen connected to tv. read more

I have been going to Grace Dental for several years now. I have always felt very comfortable with their staff and the doctors. I trust what they say. I recently finished with my clear braces and LOVE how my smile looks now. Its also MUCH easier to floss now since straightening my teeth. Thanks you! read more

I hate the dentist. These guys are amazing though. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great independent dentist.

I was quite surprised to learn that this practice is closed on Fridays. They must be outstanding if they are able to close an entire day during the work week. Sorry that I couldn't make an appointment. read more

I've been going to Grace Dental since I was a teenager, and still choose them every time as an adult. It has been a pleasure to visit that office for cleanup/check ups. I'm just glad they're covered with my insurance! The staff is cheerful, happy and do a great job. No one likes to take time off to go to the dentist, and I don't expect sitting through scrapping and polishing is anyone's best experience, but as far as experiences go, at least it's great to be as comfortable as possible! I would recommend it. read more

The staff is friendly and seem to be having fun doing what they're doing. The place uses modern technology. The trivia and educational program they have running in their rooms is unique and really entertaining. I had the opportunity to see both doctors and was impressed. They were knowledgeable and most importantly to me, they listened to my concerns. I can now chew again on both sides of my mouth without any discomfort or pain. Suffice it to say am a fan. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Roberts for the past 20 years. I find she and her staff to be professional, friendly and caring. The care recommended is always done in a collaborative manner and delivered with my best interest in mind. Not sure how much more any patient might expect or want from their dentist. I am one very satisfied patient. Chris S read more

When I was planning my move to the area I heard about Grace Dental. So I made an appointment and can honestly say that it was a great experience (yes the word "great" is relative, after all it is a dental office). The friendliness and care from Dr. Roberts and the staff took away any apprehensions I had. I was caught a bit off guard when they asked me what my expectations were of them - wow, real customer service. read more

I have been going to Grace Dental for well over 10 years now (along with my husband and two children.) Gloria Roberts is the most amazing caring dentist, as well as the hygienists. They are clean, thorough, and gentle. They care about every family member in my family. Every time I go in we are able to pick up conversations right where we left off. If you are looking for a new dentist, you will be thrilled with the location, office, and staff. read more

Best dentist in town! I have been going to Grace Dental for about six years, and I am always impressed with the top-notch care and sincere approach to patients the entire staff provides. Dr. Roberts is truly one of the most caring, professional and genuine doctors around. After a recent dental procedure, Dr. Roberts personally called me on her day off to check and make sure I had recovered well. She is a true blessing and makes a positive difference to many people. read more

I have been going to Grace Dental for over 2 years. They were so kind to schedule me right away to fix a broken filling, even though I was not currently a patient there. I went there because my mother was in a nearby hospital & it worked best for me to go there at the time. They made me feel at home, so I have gone back several times, even though I live an hour away. Dr. Gloria Roberts & staff are very kind & do quality work. I also love having the trivia questions on the screen to relax! read more

I had not seen a dentist in 8 years (long story), so at age 55 I had some issues. Dr. Roberts worked up short & long-term plans, that we are now working through. Excellent quality work. Friendly staff. Non-judgmental. I recommend Grace Dental as highly as I can recommend any service company. read more

This group is about the up sell. We didn't want panoramic xrays done yearly. My kids (late teens) have perfect teeth, so no need for expensive panoramic xrays. But even after explaining my preferences they took them when my 17 year old went in without me and they had existing panos from the oral surgeon that were less than a year old. Shady. And they got ugly when I asked about it. I thought it was simply a mistake but realized at their reaction that it wasn't a mistake but they had been caught. Not professional, not likable, and questionable business ethics, read more

My experience here has been horrible. I saw Dr. Dalla. First, I had three cavities on my left side. He drilled the cavities but did not rebuild the teeth to gum level and I constantly had food stuck between the gums and teeth. Second, I had a root canal done and the temporary crown just fell apart after only two days. I spent nearly $500.00 after insurance and had to get these issues fixed my another dentist! I had to pay twice for the same job. Lastly, the receptionists are AWEFUL! They are rude and one, Val, even hung up on me once! Don't waste your money! read more
