I really wanted to give no stars. I have never been so pissed about dental work. I am legally blind…read moreclose up and I didn't have my glasses when I went to the dentist. I work nights and had about 2 hrs sleep missed my apt so I called to see if I could still get in. They worked me in . They asked about the color I said I can't see I don't have my glasses. So my 3000.00 bridge is put in. Dentist hands me the mirror and ask if I wanted to see. Of course I want to see but again I can't without my glasses. And that's what I tell them. My mouth is numb I go home go back to bed so I can work that night. I get up to go to work look at my teeth and can't believe what I see. If I was that dentist I would of never let me leave. The front tooth is crooked 3 of the teeth curved under and it's not even close to the color they told me we were ordering. So I called of course I had to wait until Thursday since they are only open Monday and Thursday. So o got in Monday at 1145 again only a couple hrs of sleep. But I did take my glasses this time. Buyer beware if you leave with dental work in your mouth and do not like it you can get it fixed if you pay for it. They do not take any responsibility for their part. I didn't have my glasses but I also trusted my dentist to do his best job. It took me 5 years to save the money to get my bridge. And now I have to find someone to go find someone to fix it because I'm sure not going back there.

So I returned and waited another 30 min or so to be told false information that it wasn't my tooth but the jawbone... As a surgical technician I know a bone cannot be left uncovered or packed with antibiotics etc... cannot get with his emergency line they have the wrong number for him.. he's a great dentist as far as bedside man or so I will follow up with how this is treated or followed up.. so far... Very disappointed in this visit. My tooth wasn't pulled yet I paid for it and basically just shoed away as they were busy however right is right n wrong is wrong

As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by a smile and on a first name basis. If you are having a dental problem, each hygienist takes the time to listen and ease your worries instead of brushing you off. They take the time to explain what they are doing beforehand and check in to make sure you are comfortable instead of rushing through. I absolutely love the whole staff here and wouldn't recommend any other place to go besides here

While she or her hygienists are working on you, they frequently ask how you're doing & give you breaks. I originally went to her for a second opinion on something; she was honest with me. She's been my regular dentist for six years as of 2014, has filled at least two cavities, & the worst pain has been minor discomfort, including the pain-killer shots. She even replaced one of her fillings that fell out, & said it was free. There are jokes about painless dentists, but she truly is a painless dentist. Her patient-side manner is the best of any medical professional I've ever had in all of my 57 years. She's very pleasant, cheery, professional & technically proficient.
