Dr. Matt told me to wait and come back when I had insurance. I had a broken tooth but it wasn't causing me any pain. I wanted to have it pulled. Fast forward to the other night, we were in impending snowmaggedon doom. His office told me that I could come in early be seen. I got there and was super anxious as always. *sidenote* The music was bumping in there. I dig it. I almost asked for the station lol. Anyway, the staff was very comforting to me. I almost walked out because of my fears but they were so cool. Then Dr. Matt said he said he could save my tooth. Sir, whaaaat?! I was determined to pull it but he convinced me to try it. So he worked with me to make sure that I was not in any pain while he worked. They were very patient. We ended up being there until after 8pm. They had given me instructions to raise my hand if it became uncomfortable. They kept comforting me. Finally, he was concerned that it might cause me pain so he gave me his cell phone number. Oh and he let his staff go home for the most part so they wouldn't get caught in the snow and then scheduled my appointment for me. Get you a dentist that can fix your tooth and work the scheduler.

Knowledgeable dentist who cares 3. Gentle on the mouth as I have very sensitive teeth First, I had an appointment first thing in the morning. I arrived 7 minutes before my new patient exam, and it took me less than 5 minutes to be called back (I always time these sort of things). They immediately took me back to a chair and walked me through the process - X-rays and then exam done by the doctor. X-rays were quick, staff were friendly. I heard Dr. Chang walking around to staff and patients (including myself) greeting each one. I thought that was really nice and was impressed. Back in the chair, they used a cool pen-looking device to take imaging of my teeth. They have a tv screen right above the chair so you can actually see all the pictures of your teeth. None of my previous dental offices had this set up. Thought it was a good touch. The wait for the dentist, Dr Blum, was very short. I have very sensitive teeth and he was very helpful to walk me through why and what I can do about it. Roberto cleaned my teeth, and he was very gentle. Cleanings make me very nervous, but this one wasn't bad at all. I was given some toothpaste samples for my sensitive teeth which is more than past dentists. I really appreciated it! Check out was fast and easy, and they printed off my next appointment reminder. Nice touch, considering most reminders are written on, not printed. I thought the doctors were very nice, and couldn't be happier with their services or the level of technology used at this clinic. I will be back, and look forward to it. Hopefully my teeth will still be in good condition. :) I highly recommend this office, and if you speak Spanish they have plenty of translators available.

Cannot ever get a hold of the office, phones always going to voicemail... or people are on vacation or have called in... doors are locked when signage on door reads that they should be open. Very disappointed with Aspen as a whole. Cannot even get help when you call corporate. DO NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN FOR ANY OF YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!
