You resend the quote saying half down to order the part which is now day 4 of the problem! Are you kidding! They put the info from the debit card in and it won't send! Pitiful! They call back and take the information over the phone!! Gee there's a novel idea!! You could have done that on the first call or better yet the day of the problem!
