They were able to salvage my leaking mixing valve on my water heater and noticed that it only needed a new grommet. He even stated "this will fix the problem." Well, guess what...it didn't fix the problem. I paid all that money for a repair that I was assured would fix the problem and got nothing to show for it. No offer of any type of refund for the ineffectiveness of their service...they came out once or twice more but didn't do ANYTHING to remedy the issue. So I was left paying for a repair that either wasn't needed in the first place or didn't fix the problem they assured me it would. The last guy that came out (apparently one of the owners) was very snippy and sarcastic about the situation as well. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone since they bilked me out of thousands.

There is absolutely no logical reason for this delivery to have taken place in the dead of summer. Naturally, I called to inquire why this happened. I was told someone from the delivery department would call me back. That was over two weeks and three phone calls ago, and I've still heard nothing. The complete lack of communication and accountability is appalling. If this is how they handle something as basic as a delivery inquiry, I can't imagine how they'd respond to a real emergency. This is a deeply disorganized, unresponsive company. Spare yourself the frustration and go with someone who values their customers' time and trust. Leffler Energy has made it crystal clear that they do not.
