The owner, Chad with Pride Plumbing made a special trip to my home and was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He worked with me on the price and suggestions on what was best needed for my house and I signed an agreement on the spot. The crew arrived on time and ready to go. They got started immediately and throughout the entire installation they would explain what was being done and I probably drove them crazy with all my questions. But they were patient and would stop to address my concerns. At the finish of the project they went above and beyond to even clean the old copper pipe to make it match the newer piping.
