Arrival time was excellent. This was a maintenance visit for 2 units with an additional chronic nagging electronic issue with one of them. I found Dominick to be very professional. Their quoted price was fair and he spent extra time corresponding with the manufacturer to precisely diagnose what was wrong with the circuit module. He was honest and forthright about the longevity of my existing unit and I did not feel pressured (which tends to push me away). My AC was really struggling during this heat wave so I called the company and they sent someone out…read morethe next morning. Great! The tech told me there was a definite leak in the system but because of the age of the unit he didn't recommend trying to find the leak. He said he could still fill with more coolant and charge it up and that should at a minimum get me through the heat wave. I asked him to set up an appointment for a quote on a new service, which he did for the next day. I was very happy with the tech and service call. The salesperson the next day, however, was another story. He tried to pressure me into going with the company for a full HVAC replace in the next day or he couldn't credit me for a portion of the work the tech did (note, he did magically find another discount when I said I would be taking a week or two to make a decision so that I could get multiple quotes on such an expensive project). He asked how he compared to other bids and I said the other bid I had gotten so far told me I only had to replace the air conditioner so I didn't consider it comparable. I noted I wasn't just price shopping, I wanted to understand why the things that were being recommended were being recommended. The salesperson replied that anyone who told me I did not need to replace the entire system needed his head examined and look at when it was manufactured, it's 20 years old! You have to take it out of the closet anyway to get to the other unit (which is the opposite of what another company told me). Now, I would have had no problem with him telling me that the unit is working fine now, I'm certainly living on borrowed time and the risks are that I pay double labor for installation; that's all true and I'm aware of that fact. But the way he responded was SO off-putting and completely avoided the substance that it pretty much made me write off going with this company no matter how other bids come in. All in all, a very mixed experience.

They were able to fix the problem with minimal expense and trouble. This is during the pandemic and the crew members were appropriately dressed with PPE and had minimal "contact" with us. They are very respectful of what they are doing in your house, explain what they are doing before they do it so there are no surprises when you get the bill. I just had Elite back out to service/tune up my AC unit for annual maintenance (though admittedly I…read morehaven't had it done since they installed my unit in July 2022, so it was overdue). Other companies were a bit cheaper with coupons, but Elite had a $99 special and I wanted to go with them, since they installed the unit. The first time the technician (Steve) came out, he wasn't able to do anything due to my building's roof drain being clogged and the roof was basically flooded. He sent me a video so I was able to send it to our maintenance people and have them come fix that issue. After the roof was no longer a swimming pool, Steve came back out a week later and presumably did everything that was needed -- all seems to be working well, and he answered a couple of my questions and gave me an estimate for an ambient kit in case I want to run the unit when it's below 60 degrees outside (my condo gets really hot and retains heat). Overall, great customer service, super nice people. I'll continue to use them for my AC needs.
