We expected a costly job to include tearing out tile and drywall. Instead, it took John just under an hour to clear the valve and everything was as good as new. He was on-time and fast, courteous, professional and above all- knowledgeable. There was no guessing. He knew what the problem was and how to fix it right the first time. We had other plumbing services out who either weren't interested in fixing the problem, didn't know how or were aiming for follow-up work. All of them came at a huge cost and plenty of surprise fees, including one who wanted to charge $300 for a $80 faucet. Rouge plumbing is a flat -fee service which means there are no surprises, no hidden costs and no per-hour fees. You know what the job will cost up front and it's far less than you might expect.
