I travel the country stopping at local coffee places and I must say that this spot was one of the most unique places I have ever been, great location, great vibe, great coffee and the coffee comes in a unopened soda can. Like how cool is that!!! Highly recommend you try this spot out! Coach "aka the coffee guy" Berokoff
Very delicious coffee with super nice atmosphere. I loved the greenhaus and the baristas are incredibly kind. The to-go cups with the cafe decal are so nice! Whether it's incense holders, whole beans from Colombia, or a braided money tree you'll find a few things to bring home!
Such a cool coffee spot in downtown Memphis!! Great cup of coffee at a super affordable price. Will definitely be back. It was also attached to a really unique Garden center/store called GreenHaus where you can enjoy your coffee surrounded by plants!
This is a pretty versatile spot! When you get onto Main St, drive past the coffee shop and find the free parking lot (see sign in the photo). Once inside, there are plenty of seating options, from a bar at the window, to couches, to tables. I noticed people working, hanging out with friends, and grabbing coffee to go. I like that Comeback offers creative seasonal lattes, such as a corn-based drink and a lemon shortbread one. However, I tried the blueberry pancake latte and unfortunately I was disappointed - it didn't have much flavor. I'm definitely willing to go back and try more as the baristas were extremely kind and helpful.
So trendy!! This place is cute and cool and really such a vibe. Easy on and off from the highway while we were driving through. My husband got an espresso and I got the grandmas latte. We found it odd there weren't pour-over options? But otherwise a good looking menu. Our drinks were good but nothing overly amazing. My biggest issue was that there was no changing table in either of the bathrooms. I also felt a bit unwelcomed about having my baby with me. The baristas were nice enough and helped me get some hot water for my bottle but the fellow guests seemed a bit annoyed even though my baby was good and we only stayed for a little bit. So many keep that in mind if you're coming in with a little one! They also have an awesome patio but it was too cold when were there to enjoy!
Nothing like a peaceful end to a busy week.... And @kinfolkmemphis is easy like Sunday morning! Hurry by this morning and check out Chef Cole's pop-up residency at @comeback.coffee (available on weekends... Saturday (8am) and Sunday (10am) His biscuit style is like a crazy good mix of focaccia bread, swim biscuits, and cake! He has something on the menu for EHHBODY! Pictured is the Cinnamon "Roll", the Fried Chicken, and the Smoked Mortadella washed down with @comeback.coffee's Pear cider! Oh and don't forget the hash browns(not pictured ) Happy Sunday mane!
Hands down the best coffee shop in Memphis - no questions asked. The love for their perfectly curated environment, incredible coffee drinks, and insanely scrumptious food is proven simply in the length of their line in the mornings. I have been coming to Comeback for about three years now (almost as long as they've been open) and could not love the baristas and environment more for studying, socializing, and working. There is a quaint courtyard type patio out back that certainly makes you feel like you're not in memphis anymore. On Saturday and Sunday, Comeback is in partnership with Kinfolk foods providing THE BEST biscuit sandwiches, biscuit bowls, and baked goods I've had in memphis. If you can't tell... it's worth a try.
One of my favorite coffee shops in downtown Memphis with some great drip coffee and espresso options. Inviting space if you want to enjoy breakfast with friends or want to catch up on some work. They also have seasonal coffee drinks as well as coffee sodas for the coffee enthusiast. 5/5 would recommend.
Comeback Coffee is such a gem! You can feel the creativity and love that was put into operating it as soon as you walk in. Its beautiful simplicity and openness is a perfect get away especially if you work remote. It's also an option for quiet time or a meeting. No matter what the occasion Comeback Coffee works with all vibes! I love the design of this entire building with the outdoor courtyard being my favorite! And once you get done admiring the architecture your taste buds get to dance from all of the flavors the pastries and breakfast sandwiches are filled with. They are delicious!
I've been aware of Comeback Coffee's existence for a while, but I'm not generally in this part of town. It was a welcomed respite on a hot morning. It is so beautifully decorated inside. The menu is very diverse yet had precisely what I needed to satiate my appetite. The sausage and strawberry jam biscuit was perfectly sized with a great balance of sweet and spicy. The biscuit was soft with a slight crunch and the sausage was adequately sized and spicy. The jam was a nice touch. The service was good and the ambiance was good too. Lots of individuals working as well as groups & couples meeting. Check them out on your next visit to the Pinch District.
Lovely selection of drinks, was pleasantly surprised by the golden matcha drink. Reminded me of a matcha horchata, had a slight thickness and had a slight citrus, spicy taste - never had anything like this! Lots of cozy corners and different seating arrangements and tables, adorned with lovely plants. Friendly welcoming environment
I decided to check this place out as we wanted something hot to sip on. Parking wasn't an issue since it's Sunday. I was able to park right out front. The staff were friendly. The store was nice and toasty, which was great. I was so happy to see a cider on the menu. I ordered the 12oz pear cider hot. The spices were delicious, but it could've been a little hotter. The inside is very cozy. There is ample seating areas. Great for alternate work location. There is also outdoor seating with heat lamps.
I'm really sad I don't live in Memphis because if I did, I'd be here daily. However, if that was the case, I'd prob spend all my money on coffee and pastries and never pay my rent and have to live in the coffee shop, so maybe it's for the best that I don't live there. First off, it's a beautiful space. Inviting, modern yet eclectic decor, lots of natural sunlight, cozy couches and chairs and calming colors. It's really aesthetically pleasing. The baristas were so patient with my sister and I. We wanted to order every drink on the menu but we each only had one mouth so we asked a trillion questions about the speciality drinks before we made a Decision. I loved how helpful he was and how it Didn't seem like we were annoying him. We both ended up getting a drink for now and a drink for later . The specialty drinks are really distinct in flavor and you can tell that no details were spared as fall as creativity and quality. I was so impressed that the flavor profiles were not things you'd find any where else. We got so many pastries - too many to name (see pics) but every single of was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to come back to Memphis to try a new drink and pastry!
Finally went downtown to get me some much needed coffee from one of my fav coffee shops and roaster. Had the maple and pistachio lattes. They were excellent. Very balanced flavors for both lattes. I had a gift card and it took me forever to find it on my phone. The ladies were patient as I located it. They were terrific!! I love this coffee shop and wish I could have stayed longer. It has a cool chill vibe throughout the shop. It is cozy and extremely inviting. I will return soon to enjoy more coffees. I was looking to purchase whole beans but they were out of the Ethiopian coffee I really like. read more
Memphis,TN. We took a stroll down to this part of town from our hotel, seeking our morning lattes. The people working there were wonderful and cheerful. We felt welcome. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have breakfast. I guess I had been reading an old on line menu, but the kitchen has since been closed. The latte art here is well executed and quite beautiful. As pretty as the lattes were, they didn't measure up. Both Steph and I knew immediately that we had to seek our favorite caffeinated beverage elsewhere. They were very weak with little espresso flavor, more like coffee flavored warm milk. This weak blend was additionally surprising because the cups are so small. I was also assured that we got double shots. I know I have pretty intolerant standards when it comes to my latte, perhaps this is the right mix for you? read more

Sure, the name of the place makes you want to make a Kim Kardashian joke but there's more to this place than that. I came in and ordered "whatever coffee you think is best" and received the coffee soda (lemon and thyme) and oh my - I'm in love. Obviously reluctant, I mean... lemon and thyme, coffee, soda??? But it was light, refreshing and absolutely delightful. I stuck around and ordered the "Chanel" iced latte as well. Orange, espresso, coconut cold foam. This was also very tasty and would recommend. As for food, they had plenty of pastries to chose from and all looked pretty stellar. Aside from the phenomenal drinks, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the attentive staff. They were kind and helpful! I totally recommend Comeback Coffee and I cannot wait to.... Come back. read more
So my latte and pastry were amazing!! What wasn't amazing was how the parking app wouldn't load, so I thought why not run in really quick. One $75 parking ticket later... Oh well, thanks for the amazing pastry and be sure that the app loads people! read more

Amazing gourmet coffees, great breads, and a unique atmosphere! We tried two speciality coffees: Cayenne Cowboy; a cayenne pepper flavored late, and Up In Smoke; a smokey mocha, both excellent (they were not hot enough, so you might want to order your coffee extra hot). We also tried a sweet cream cheese brioche, and a savory onion flavored pretzel, we liked both. The interior is very roomy, with stylish decor and comfortable sofas, in addition to a huge courtyard that offers outdoor seating. I will definitely return to try more coffees and pastries. read more
Firstly, the owners are a great couple that care for and give back to the community. Secondly, the food and pastries are top notch and not just your ordinary bland muffin or scone. Thirdly, the coffee menu and drink options are fit for the specialty coffee crowd that applauds Comeback; however, there is an ease to their approach and many menu options for the coffee novice and/or the large chain customer. The atmosphere, the hospitality and the options makes this shop a Memphis-must. read more
Great coffee shop with plenty of healthy food options. Love their coffees too. My favorite is their Newton coffee with vegetarian sandwich and a breakfast bagel. The atmosphere us very hip and trendy, great music if you plan to work here. They have been following Covid guidelines as well. read more

Came for a coffee and food and did not see the food menu anywhere... maybe I was not looking in the right spot but I saw other people with food. Staff was not friendly at all and only engaged with the frequent visitors they have. Every table inside was full (not their fault) so I sat outside which is next to a construction zone. If you're trying to get work done it's not really the ideal coffee shop for you. Coffee was 7/10, little over priced. read more

Absolutely love this place! Very modern aesthetics with a large seating area outdoors. Many professional school students study here. Currently with COVID, some of the indoor seating is blocked off with the outdoor seating remaining open. Make sure to come early if you want to claim an indoor spot. The drinks are pretty pricey for the size, but decently tasting. read more
I love the coffee shop here! They rotate different roasters on bar and provide some of them for retail purchasing. The staff are friendly especially the owners. The coffee quality is phenomenal and I enjoy their black coffees the most. They come out with seasonal beverages which are fun and a banger. They like to host community events like movie nights that gather the community. There are frequent pop ups such as Kinfolk Memphis (breakfast biscuits served Sat and Sun while supplies last). The shop is beautiful inside. The prices are fair. The coffee sodas are addictive. Plenty of seating and outlets for work + studying. Everything about this shop is what you would like from a consumer. So much more can be said about what I love about the place. read more
I read something somewhere about Kinfolk Biscuits so on a rainy morning we decided to check it out. What a FABULOUS coffee house! I was overwhelmed with coffee and food choices so the bright, happy, helpful Ali steered me in a good direction. I had the garden gnome coffee with egg, cheese, chicken biscuit and YUM!!! I am a large woman and after 1/2 I was too full to finish. We loved the place. Highly recommend! read more

This was my third visit to this establishment and I'm giving 2 stars only because I do enjoy the coffee. The problem was that on this particular visit, the young man working and preparing coffee sneezed, wiped his face, went to the back to blow his nose, and returned without ever washing his hands. He went right back to preparing people's orders and cleaning. Then once he was done, he scratched his beard and played in his hair. He never washed his hands! I kept waiting for him to realize what he was doing and that people could see his behaviors but he was completely oblivious. No one else on the staff addressed the matter either and someone of at least a supervisory level was standing right next to him. Sad to say, it might be a while before I come back read more

Comeback coffee...I will definitely be coming back! Got a small drip coffee, best that I've had in Memphis. This place is super cool inside. String lights, wooden tables and floor, great hipster/millennial vibe going on. Lighting is perfect even on a cloudy day. Service is super friendly, lots of outlets on the walls, comfortable seating. Again, the taste of the coffee is good enough to come back. But so is everything else. Definitely get you laptop and hang out in here doing some work read more
