I would give lower but there is no -stars, I have been trying to fix my account since November. The internet login just puts me in a loop--"what do you want help with internet or mobile" answer mobile. Next "what do you want help with internet or mobile" answer "mobile". Next "What do you want help with, internet or mobile". I go to store they "fixed my bill" to lower to amt. I was told, when direct withdraw was made it was higher. 2 months later I decided to go to Verison. my account was closed January 16. xfinity is still taking out money. The store said I have to call. I DID, now Still cannot talk just says "go online and talk to AI" another loop DO NOT LET XFINITY Have your billing info. They do not get it right even after leaving them they keep on billing you. read more

So I kept signing in to pay my bill, but everytime I signed in, it told me I was a restricted user on my own account (and the mobile login doesn't give a lot of info). Low, I called in, and figured out that when logging in from a full desktop I could see that I had 2 accounts. I was secondary on some random account and primary on my own (which was not the PRIMARY account for me to log into). After a painful discussion about how they ripped me off for $70 on a self install that wasn't possible since the house had never been connected to the service and they didn't tell me that, they then jerked me around about how "we can't remove you from this random other person's account without their permission and we can't get a hold of them" The idiocy of this is stunning. "Hi, I am a security risk for one of your customers, want to fix that security risk?" "No, we are going to make you sit on hold to maybe fix it, after we've already made you angry at us...but if you get annoyed and hang up, clearly that security risk is gone". I'm not saying they are the dumbest company out there, but they are up there. Also, giving an offer for a self install, that isn't actually possible, delaying service, setting up multiple appointments and charging me for that joy shows just what a shit stain of a company they are, and once again shows why internet should be treated as an actual utility in this country available to all. My husband went in to Comcast to get an updated modem and internet package, and worked with Cherrod. He was so fantastic in relaying information that he had my husband considering an Xfinity mobile phone plan (something he had not gone in for at all), and after he told me about what they were offering, I ditched AT&T to try out Xfinity. Came in, worked with Cherrod again- he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Helped me set everything up quickly and I'm happy with my phone plan so far. My husband also switched from TMobile to Xfinity Mobile. Unfortunately did not get Cherrod this time but he still came over and talked with us, even though we weren't his customers. Xfinity has a true asset in an employee, and his name is Cherrod! A+ customer service. Thanks, Cherrod! read more

If there were a less then 0 rating this company as a whole completely deserves it. We are no going on 2 days with no services such as internet, tv, and telephones. Every 3 hours they post it will be resolved, then after the 3 hours is up, they just put another 3 hours back on until it's resolved. I've requested a text or call when the system is working or if it is not and I've received no calls and just a plain attitude when I call them. I've lost an obscene amount of money from work because as a disabled Marine I work from home. Will they reimburse that? You know the answer. I understand that we had some severe weather recently but we never even lost electricity! Yet these people can't flip a switch and fix this? How about instead of lying to everyone saying it'll be fixed in "3 hours", just tell the truth. The BBB has been contacted already which won't mean anything but I'm covering my bases. This company, and their technicians especially, are beyond incompetent. And there service people on the phone are condescending and rude beyond belief. As a reporter, this will be addressed in my next assignment. And if you feel I've been rude here, it's nothing compared to what will be in my article that will be read by many papers and blogs throughout the country. If even one person cancels their contact with them then that's all I care about. The lack of professional and incompetence is inexcusable. They feel they're to big to fail apparently. Well, you've certainly failed here, as well as others I've already interviewed. Stay away from Comcast. They must have a hamster running around in a circle to increase there internet speed. No one will read this or if they do they won't care. That seems to be what they expect from there customers. I dare even one of there customer representatives to comment on this. I'll be switching to any other cable service because of this, because no matter how bad they are, they can't be worse then Comcast. If this was a one time thing it wouldn't be an issue even, but losing service happens on a WEEKLY basis. These are the least professional company that cares nothing for there customers. I won't even go into the things the technicians have told me about them. I suggest to anyone to go back to dial up...it's got to be better then this. Currently waiting for service to be back after an outage. Comcast, who changed their name to Xfinity because of the negativity that was attached to Comcast . Still has poor service. Second time in a month service went out over 3 days no service, tech never came on scheduled day.

Went to this service center for help today.An employee here,Kim, did more in ten minutes than five hours over two day period on the phone with Comcast.Just by changing code from set top box to live streaming app on my Roku had everything corrected by the time I got home.Thank you,Kim, you no more than the tens of people I talked to at Comcast,including tech support.Hopefully you`re boss will read this. read more

I had an easy in and out experience. I went to exchange a piece of equipment which came with a power cord. The equipment I received in return was packaged and shrink wrapped so I felt confident I would have no problem. When I went to install it I noticed the power cord was wrapped with a rubber band. After removing the rubber band and unwinding the power cord I noticed that the power cord itself was damaged. The cord looked like it had been cut and would have to be spliced in order for it to function. I should have checked the equipment before I left the service center before I accepted it so now I have to make a return trip to get another power cord. Lesson learned, my advice make sure you check all equipment before you leave the service center. read more

Xfinity store is always busy because they are such a terrible company & everybody needs to return their equipment. The company is horrible and lies about pricing to everyone. When you think you are getting internet only for $29.99, somehow your bill is $49.99 because it's $7.00 extra fee plus a $5.00 sports fee ( for nooooo reason)! This is not about the Woodhaven store. This is about the new product FX. I tried it and I hate it, now I have a problem, I have to retrurn the boxes to go back to the old method. This new product has a font so small that I cannot even read the preview guide. Does Comcast realize that 1.5 million of the boomers are turning 70 thhis year. So the come out with a product that no 70 year old can see. They do not have a senior discount and the send out tiny tiny data for us old folks to read. It is so disresepectful. I am so angry because they have created this problem for me. the whole thing sucks. First I had to have the new hooked up and now I have to make the trip with heavy equiptment back to ge my old stuffs back. read more
