Unfortunately, I recently called to advise them that I was not renewing my monitoring service. I also wanted to change my alarm code, but was told my account had been deleted from their system (All this over a 3 day period) because I chose not to renew the monitoring service with them. Basically I feel they are holding a grudge for cancelling the monitoring service, and as a result, holding my alarm system hostage at the same time. No one deletes entire customer files after 14 years, especially when the monitoring service is a completely separate service provided by a separate company that has nothing to do with the care and servicing of my system. All I wanted was control of my own alarm system to make some changes, but now I guess I'm looking for a new alarm co. I want to be clear, there was never anything wrong with the service they provided. The issue I now have is with their lack honesty and professionalism, which is now depriving me of the full use of my own property.
