    Do yourself a favor and trust the reviews here, look elsewhere for internet…read more I've had them for years, and I have basically never had a good experience. Their internet is inferior to their competitors in speed - specifically upload speed when it is literally 30x slower - and when your contract ends they double your rate to get you to sign a new contract. I wasn't sure if I was staying in my lease so I could start a new one and they extracted double from me for several months, then when I signed my new lease and wanted to make a new agreement with Comcast they would not work out anything out for a deal on my double rate and my new rate was over 50% more than my old one for the exact same service. They're a terrible company that squeezes small business owners for every penny. I spit on this company.

Yesterday I got a bill for $300. When I called Comcast , I was never able to actually to an agent, so I drove back to the Reston location and they told me my account was never cancelled!! They said they never received any equipment. They suggested I called their 1800 number to talk to billing. I spent good portion of my morning on the phone , leaving messages, chatting with customer support. Finally I got a call back from them and they told me that my account was still active and I had to pay for January and February months. Why should I have to pay for services not received? Why is it my fault if they don't enter the information when I returned their equipment??? Worst company ever!!

    I never like to visit the wireless store. My typical experience has always been to walk in, wait to…read morebe served, explain what I want and then have the salesman try to upsell me on other services or more expensive equipment. Not so in this Wireless Zone! Darius greeted us immediately upon walking into the store. My husband has been itching to get rid of his old cellphone and get a smart phone. Darius explained the options - iPhone or Galaxy - and made a recommendation based on my husband's needs. Even when husband started eyeing the more expensive options, Darius did not try to upsell. I loved the phrase he used "no sense buying the diesel truck if you're not going to fill the tank". My husband ultimately chose a phone that was right for him at a reasonable price. Darius took care of all the transfers and even brought the phone over to us at Winestyles after everything was complete. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in any store! Kudos to Darius!

He is super efficient and capable, always multi-tasking and making sure his customers are happy. I've been working with him for years now and I just want to say he is amazing.
