    Xfinity is the WORST Company! Auto bill and internet is slow and goes out. If I could give -5 stars I would!

We spent about $4000 at this location and not one thing worked out the way we wanted it to. The biggest issue we have had was with the Century truck cap that we bought for about $3,000 since they were an authorized dealer and installer. We came back from our travels about a year later to get help with some major leakage from the door of the truck cover. Bingo told us it was the truck's fault and there he was nothing he could do. Now, another year later, we found another major leak from the break light of truck cover. I have been trying to contact the manufacturer, as I don't want to be turned away again at the New Era Sound location, but now I'm realizing I can't even get in contact with the manufacturer as their website won't let you send messages. After spending $3000, I feel like there should be solutions to all of the leaks that we have to try and fix ourselves. Buyer be warned at this location! The craftsmanship on Century truck covers is absolutely TERRIBLE, and Bingo will not help find a solution to fix it. You are on your own!!! As a reply to the business owner: thank you for the LEER info. That makes sense why the century website doesn't work. I spent $3000 on a CUSTOM MADE truck cover that leaks. You blamed it on the truck, which I see you are agreeing with because yes, part of it was the truck gap that I fixed on my own, as you offered no way of fixing it and told us we were on our own. But I would like to reiterate that the cover is custom made for my truck so that isn't really a good look when something is custom made for a truck and it leaks in multiple places. I have added new leak issues in this review that are 100% caused by terrible craftsmanship, which you have failed to address in your response to me, validating the issues that we have had with the products and quality of work coming from your store. The speakers we had installed by you in the travel trailer STILL have static when we use it, and the "custom made" truck cover that you endorse and installed has had nothing but issues. It's not personal at all, it's just what is happening, and we aren't satisfied with what we got. After reading your response, it's clearly not about fixing the problem and finding solutions, it's about making excuses for these problems. That validates why I don't want to go back to this store and want to contact the manufacturer directly. I want solutions, not excuses.

They claim they do not have a record of it. They billed my credit card $ 239.40. I asked for a refund. This is their response. "Chris, our invoices are sent out 20 days before the due date. You could have cancelled any time before the charge date. No record of you cancelling is noted in our summary page. Your account will now be cancelled at the end of the term. Sorry no refunds are permitted after the charge date. You may continue to use the site until the end of the term." Really? I could have cancelled any time before the date but since I asked a couple of days after i can't get a refund? What difference is a couple of days? By the way I do not show a record of ever receiving an invoice 20 days in advance. Not a very customer friendly policy. Does not seem very appreciative of my years of business.

    This year our storage business decided to put in a secondary gate at our entrance. We already had…read moreone adjacent to the building, but we wanted to put another at the entrance for closure during after-hours. We hired a different, local gate company to install the gate and my initial concern was making sure that our customer's gate codes would work with both the existing gate and the newly installed gate. The company we hired assured us it was no problem. 6 months later our gate was finally installed, the only problem - no keypads and no solution for the gates working in unison! Frustrated, I began looking around for another company to help complete the most important and complicated part of this job. This is when I found Brandon at BR Services. After explaining my situation over the phone, Brandon relieved my concern by assuring me that this could be resolved and promised to come out soon to investigate the set-up we had. He followed through on his promise, promptly coming out to survey the scenario. After reviewing the situation he gave me a very competitive quote and, with my approval, got the remaining parts I needed on order. Brandon was prompt, honest, knowledgable, and fair through the whole experience. He delivered on what he promised and went the extra mile to get the job done RIGHT! I met with and received quotes from at least 5 gate companies before proceeding with the gate project. I only wish I had found BR Services in the first place. If you're having gate issues or need one installed, don't go anywhere else! Trust me.

    Not only is the service slow at this store. You have to check and wait to drop off return…read moreequipment. This sucks just as much as using their AI Chat to solve a problem... Horrible! How could they improve? Have an expedited counter for drop off equipment. If you had a designated counter person for this, it would take 5 minutes per person or less. On top of this there's a woman standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing and then takes a personnel call and keep telling people to check in on the front tablet and wait. She keeps telling everyone 30-40 minutes to wait when there is only two people on the wait screen. No concept of how long it really takes. I think I will look into dropping Spectrum all together. Just a very inefficient company that creates frustration at every turn. They just sent us new receiver boxes and tells us we have two weeks before the old boxes are disconnected. We will lose all shows on our DVR because Spectrum is forcing this change. No options for the customer to keep it. Ridiculous. If you are considering Spectrum for the first time, do your homework and find a provider that has better commitment to the customer, because this company doesn't. Cheers!

I finally got up and asked how long the wait is to turn in a device, she said looking at about 30 minutes or so. She advised me to turn it in at UPS. I asked if I needed a box or to provide any information and she said "no they will box it up and take it" so it will be faster to drop it off at ups than an actual spectrum store? How does that make sense? She wasn't helping anyone. Just browsing on her laptop during the entire time. Maybe come up with a process to take the devices from people of have people drop off in a box and state on the iPad that they actually turned it in? Or scan in the device? Something other than this hassle. It is useless to have a process that doesn't even work. You guys are lucky you have fast internet or you wouldn't have any customers.
