    Hosting service was fine. Be careful giving them credit card information though. I was a customer…read morefor years. I stopped using the service and thought that I canceled. They claim they do not have a record of it. They billed my credit card $ 239.40. I asked for a refund. This is their response. "Chris, our invoices are sent out 20 days before the due date. You could have cancelled any time before the charge date. No record of you cancelling is noted in our summary page. Your account will now be cancelled at the end of the term. Sorry no refunds are permitted after the charge date. You may continue to use the site until the end of the term." Really? I could have cancelled any time before the date but since I asked a couple of days after i can't get a refund? What difference is a couple of days? By the way I do not show a record of ever receiving an invoice 20 days in advance. Not a very customer friendly policy. Does not seem very appreciative of my years of business.

It's also worth mentioning, their internet service is less than average quality. *Now Cue the owners reply. Her go to excuse is "Companies like Comcast and Charter don't do that". Lordy. I don't care what they do and don't do. You do the right thing for YOUR customers.

    I'm not trying to hurt a neighbor, but Advanced Wireless charges $224/mo. for its service that…read morepromises but rarely delivers 50 meg service. The speed averages 25-30 megs down (about what HughesNet delivers) and it is down at least once a day, even if briefly, with 12 hour+ outages at least once a month. The list of excuses for outages is long: -- It's cloudy and the site runs on solar panels. (Why don't you have generators?) -- We're being vandalized by competitors. (Ever heard of a fence?) -- It's the weekend and we didn't know the storm would be so bad. -- (Usually on Friday evenings.) We can't get anyone out till Monday. -- And on and on. You get the picture. My opinion? This company doesn't have the necessary capital to provide reliable service. I don't expect perfection. No company has 100% uptime. But this is the worst I've experienced since the early days of the internet here. As you can see, I have ordered the hardware from Elon Musk's Starlink (a division of SpaceX: www.starlink.com). Half the price of Advanced Wireless, Impulse, and others with reported speeds of up to 384 megs down. That's more than Spectrum gets in cities! The people at Advanced Wireless are nice. I've spoken to them all at least once, it seems. Best of luck to them going forward!

The Store manager Angel Carlon is not honest and not helpful and discriminates who she is helpful with and who she is not helpful with. The management is not friendly if you have a conservative leaning type mind these folks have zero respect for you. T-Mobile service on top of that is terrible . They sell this 5 UC like it's the best thing on earth. It's not its way over rated. Switching back to Verizon is my only plan and we can't wait to switch. If I could give them negative stars I would. I would run from this location.
