We thought the price tag---$8,000, was a bit high, but it did come with a two year guarantee. We noticed that the hot water in the back bathroom sink took several minutes to arrive. No bucket just let the water fall to the area under the sink and didn't clean it up. Floor was wet and left dirty. We cannot recommend Justin Plumbing highly enough!…read more After our main water line burst, we were without water for 36 hours. We initially called another plumbing company that came out, charged us for the visit, couldn't locate the leak, and told us we'd need to hire a separate leak detection company before they could even begin repairs. Then we called Justin Plumbing, and the experience was completely different. Their consultation was free, and Justin and his crew found the leak almost immediately. They clearly explained the problem, walked us through all of our repair options, and showed us exactly what needed to be done. The repair was extensive, requiring concrete to be cut and removed before fixing the broken main water line, but they handled everything efficiently and professionally. To top it off, their quote was nearly half the price of the first company, and they completed the work much faster than we expected. Throughout the entire process, Justin and his team were honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly professional. It's rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, excellent communication, and quality workmanship so well. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumber, Justin Plumbing is the company to call. We are so grateful for their outstanding service and would recommend them without hesitation!
