As he was assisting another customer with a matter that was expected to take over 45 minutes, he kindly asked me to return the following day and offered a discount for the inconvenience. When I returned the next day, I was assisted by Alejandro, and the experience was noticeably different. The level of customer service and professionalism I received did not reflect the same standard demonstrated during my previous interaction. Due to the inconsistency in service, I do not plan on returning to this location. In my opinion they are quick to take your money and are full of empty promises..... !! She then proceeded to insult my weight and call me a name in front of two staff members.
