I wish I could say my bad experience was a one-off, but judging by Xfinity's other reviews here, it's not. When I switched from Verizon in November/December, Maribel -- the rep who "helped" me -- was rude and hostile from the very beginning. She even added another person to my account without my consent, which was alarming. She promised me a discount due to delays, but it never happened. Her coworker, sitting right next to her, seemed entertained rather than stepping in to assist. Since then, every time I've had to go in -- whether buying a new phone or pay my bill -- I've been met with judgmental looks, dismissive behavior, and zero effort to help. The only positive in all this has been Carter, who helped me connect my phone quickly and treated me with basic respect -- something his peers could learn from. Unfortunately, with multiple negative reviews and a 2-star rating, it seems like poor service here is the norm, not the exception. read more

I have had Xfinity internet for a little over two months. In this short time, the internet has gone out at least three times. Today, it's been out for seven hours and not yet restored.I think this is unacceptable, considering what I pay per month. I've found Xfinity to be unreliable and not worth what they charge. read more

horrible customer service. Went in to cancel cable but to keep my internet. The employee ended up canceling my whole account without telling me and putting me on a lower plan but for more than what I was paying before. Not once did he notify me or ask about this change. Comcast Service Center - Internet Service Providers Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

This store has the worst customer service and rudest employees I have ever met. I went in to add someone to my account as an authorized user and they said only one person is their policy. So I asked if I were to die what happens the lady proceeded to say all they'd have to do is bring in a death certificate and then she smiled giggling. So I told her she was being arrogant. She proceeded to tell me I was acting aggressive. Even though from the moment I came in she asked what I needed and proceeded to go to side and play on her phone since their were only 2 tech's available after about 10 minutes she walked over to the couple sitting and finished helping them. That's when I realized she was the other tech. She then told me to leave and the other Tech a male maybe 18 or 19 said have a good night in a very condescending manner. read more

Walked into this store at 3:00pm on a Friday. 2 people working/2 customers when I arrived. No one greeted me and that is fine. More customers walk in and they are greeted and told to wait; I inform the CSR named Lydia Reyes that I had been waiting and she states that she will take care of me next as I peruse for a new phone. Lydia Reyes then skips over me and starts helping a customer who arrived 10 minutes after I did; I tell her that I was first and she says I will have to wait. I ask for the manager and she says SHE IS the manager. So I wait and she does not do the right thing. What ever happened to good and decent customer service. I mean she addressed me and recognized that I was next yet, rudely, skips over me for what appears to be a spanish speaking customer. I have been a Comcast customer for over 20 years and this visit was for a new line of service. I am thinking about cancelling my wifes Cell phone service due to this disrespect and disregard for existing customers and move to a company that is customer service oriented. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Hostile employees who actually started yelling at me because THEY couldn't understand the problem I was having with my service. I kept my voice calm on purpose, non-confrontational, but these morons only care if you're there to give them money. Call Xfinity instead - I've always received outstanding customer service on the phone from them. Horrible customer service. Yell at me for asking to hv their Business xfinity phone number. " I don't have it, I don't know their phone number". What kind of Xfinity store don't hv their own phone number??. It turn out that this is a residential only Xfinity store. There is No sign said " this is a residential Xfinity store only" , how do you expect us to know you wouldn't help Business Xfinity customer??? Never come back here again. This company has no scruples and should be avoided if at all possible! I have been blatantly and intentionally lied to, my service is terrible, and trying to contact someone who is even in my state is almost impossible. Even with all of this, I was willing to keep my services because I have a bundle and it's time consuming to change..... HOWEVER, this latest corrupt move where they colluded with their "competitors" to form a monopoly by joining forces with Dish Network and Direct TV, against Altitude Sports is the last straw. These ARROGANT, MONEY GRUBBING, SELF CENTERED jerks demanded a 50-60 DECREASE in their costs from a 15 year old contract from small local Altitude Sports. All this while not televising local professional sports teams that were supposed to be included in the package that I've been paying for. I checked and I've paid Comcast/Infinity approximately $35,000 over the time that I've subscribed. Comcast earnings were in excess of $86,000,000,000 in 2017 that's 86 BILLION DOLLARS. Their profit was just less than $30,000,000,000in the same period. They're attacking a small market network to force ridiculously low costs at the expense of their customers and they don't give a crap! They colluded with their competition so that it would give Altitude Sports no way to televise the Avalanche and Nuggets games and NO ONE in the 5 states covered by Altitude Sports, (even if you have special packages), would be able to watch their local teams. This is unprecedented and would be illegal if anyone ever thought large companies would stoop so low. That would be like all internet providers getting together and saying that internet service would be $1,000/month. Either pay us or do without ... only in this case, we payed them AND their saying do without. Now they're going to say that Altitude Sports are the ones that are responsible.... NOT! Who wouldn't shut down the programming after a demand like that??? Comcast, Direct TV, and Dish Network have let you know what they think of you ... and themselves. read more

I was immediately greeted by Kathy when I walked in the door and thanked for my patience while she finished up helping another customer.
