My hair needed a little face lift: the color was getting brassy and my layers were so long that my natural wavy texture was pretty much entirely straight. Someone recommended this salon to me and so I came here for the first time this week for a cut and gloss/tone with Caitlin and I couldn't be happier! The salon is super cute, comfortable and easy to find (right next to Katie Blooms in DT Campbell). No surprise here! Not only does your shop provide bad business and cuts, your posted response is nothing but lies of what I said! I understand you want business but lying is not the way to keep it, try improving business instead!! . You are the one that attacked me. And if you got your feelings hurt because I voiced my concern on the bad cut then that is on you.. and never did I say my hair was cut with to many layers... and I indicated that I could have gone to a 40.00 fast cut place and received better... your add ons was racist!.. and yes I did tip well, but that was before I seen at home how uneven Michelle cut it. Dani was beyond amazing! My hair was all sort of colors with multiple highlights and colorings over the years. She was able to dye it all back to one color. She was super friendly throughout the process. She even gave me a glass of wine to unwind! The way she trimmed my hair was amazing as well. The layers flow naturally and don't look choppy. Combs is the only place you want to get your hair done. I was lucky enough to find it when I did! Claire did my hair and I will hopefully never have to get my hair done elsewhere. I've never had luck with finding a good stylist but Claire has changed my mind. One of the best haircuts/color I've ever had. I love my hair. All the stylist at COMBS are stylish so you know you will leave with a great result. But let me tell you the miracle Sean pulled for me. I entered the salon, strapped for time so I made two separate appointments. He was able to get a disastrous red 4 inch line out of my hair. Of course created by yours truly trying to save money and tone my hair after bleaching my roots in a hotel in the middle of nowhere. I knew I had to make an appointment to seen Sean ASAP. Not only did he get the red out, do a color correction, but I got to keep my length!!! I know what you're thinking, and guess what my hair feels GREAT! & I'm still blonde! Please do not do your hair at home, or in a hotel. There is a reason these guys are in the salon. Pay them for their amazing talent! Highly recommended !!! read more

I got a cut and partial foil highlights by Sean Parkes. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, all I knew is that my hair needed some love. Sean asked me what I liked about my hair and what I didn't like. The finished product kept everything I loved while fixing everything I didn't like! Plus he had tons of good stories to pass the time while we waited for the highlights to process. On top of the service being outstanding, the salon was super cute and clean. I have been to Combs several times and have now referred several friends there including my sister and my mom! Sean is my go-to when it comes to my blonde. He listens and helps me make good decisions about my highlight placement, color, cut, and products without compromising my hair. I've even been talked out of shaving my head a time or two when I wasn't ready to commit lol. The salon is so cute and clean and the location in downtown Campbell is perfect - so close to everything! I'm a big fan of their product line... especially the Brazilian Deep Conditioning Mask. If you struggle with frizz and use more heat than you should - get it!!! I was hesitant to go to a salon for the longest time because I always had bad experiences with people cutting or dying my hair so I stopped going for a few years and started doing things myself. I figured it was time to get a haircut and I found Combs online and thank god I was not let down at all. I told Jesika what I wanted and she delivered! I got the overdue haircut i've been needing. She left my hair so healthy and with so much volume. I left so happy and I felt like a brand new person. The salon is also super cute. Very welcoming and comfortable environment! I was offered my choice of drink when I walked in too. Super awesome spot. Only thing is show up earlier to find a parking spot in the area since it does get pretty busy! was eager to try out this salon and sadly I can not recommend it. I booked a haircut as well as deep conditioning treatment, and i was let down on both accounts. my haircut was terrible. I left not noticing that the back had strands that were not cut and that it was crooked. I left a message to the salon and they said someone would get back in touch with me and they never did. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have it fixed. As for the deep conditioning service that was confirmed and booked, I never received it. I wish the salon was better at getting in touch with me I would have been willing to go back and have them fix it. read more

I needed my hair fixed after bleaching made it too yellow, brassy and fried (this is what happens when I didn't have Shannel do my hair in the first place). She saved my hair. Shannel did a root smudge, toned the heck out of it and cut a much needed 2-3 inches off. My hair looks and feels so much healthier!
