Someone recommended this salon to me and so I came here for the first time this week for a cut and gloss/tone with Caitlin and I couldn't be happier! Dani was beyond amazing! My hair was all sort of colors with multiple highlights and colorings over the years. She was able to dye it all back to one color. She was super friendly throughout the process. She even gave me a glass of wine to unwind! The way she trimmed my hair was amazing as well. The layers flow naturally and don't look choppy. Combs is the only place you want to get your hair done. I was lucky enough to find it when I did! Claire did my hair and I will hopefully never have to get my hair done elsewhere. I've never had luck with finding a good stylist but Claire has changed my mind. One of the best haircuts/color I've ever had. When you sit in her chair, she will make sure you leave feeling your absolute best. She suggested I go copper red and did a phenomenal job!! (peep pics below). I love my hair. All the stylist at COMBS are stylish so you know you will leave with a great result. But let me tell you the miracle Sean pulled for me. I entered the salon, strapped for time so I made two separate appointments. He was able to get a disastrous red 4 inch line out of my hair. Of course created by yours truly trying to save money and tone my hair after bleaching my roots in a hotel in the middle of nowhere. I knew I had to make an appointment to seen Sean ASAP. Not only did he get the red out, do a color correction, but I got to keep my length!!! I know what you're thinking, and guess what my hair feels GREAT! & I'm still blonde! I got a cut and partial foil highlights by Sean Parkes. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, all I knew is that my hair needed some love. Sean asked me what I liked about my hair and what I didn't like. The finished product kept everything I loved while fixing everything I didn't like! Plus he had tons of good stories to pass the time while we waited for the highlights to process. On top of the service being outstanding, the salon was super cute and clean. I was hesitant to go to a salon for the longest time because I always had bad experiences with people cutting or dying my hair so I stopped going for a few years and started doing things myself. I figured it was time to get a haircut and I found Combs online and thank god I was not let down at all. I told Jesika what I wanted and she delivered! I got the overdue haircut i've been needing. She left my hair so healthy and with so much volume. I left so happy and I felt like a brand new person. The salon is also super cute. Very welcoming and comfortable environment! was eager to try out this salon and sadly I can not recommend it. I booked a haircut as well as deep conditioning treatment, and i was let down on both accounts. my haircut was terrible. I left not noticing that the back had strands that were not cut and that it was crooked. I left a message to the salon and they said someone would get back in touch with me and they never did. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have it fixed. As for the deep conditioning service that was confirmed and booked, I never received it. I wish the salon was better at getting in touch with me I would have been willing to go back and have them fix it. read more
