Dined in and experienced slow service but the crew were all hard working women so we had mercy on them. Our order of Combo sticks came out after about 14 minutes of waiting and ignoring each other whilst playing on our phones. About a minute later our pizza came out. The pizza itself and the crust/dough were kind of disappointing in that it tasted like cardboard and the texture was close to it. The combo sticks were great, but we asked for more marinara and that took another 10 minutes and by the time we got it, we were on our last combo stick. I'd probably order over the phone next time or head to Pizza Mania in Whittier. read more

Initially frustrated at first because we ordered a pizza in the am, to be delivered to the kids later that evening. The time of arrival came and went so we called to find out the status. Unfortunately, the order never got forwarded on to the evening shift and there was no record of our order. We had to reorder. However, I understand things happen and mistakes can be made. They more than made up for the issue. Upon picking up the order, they made it right. Even the guy making the pizza came out to talk to me. He spent extra time making the pizzas perfect. I liked how nice and clean the place was kept. The owner was very nice and put cartoons on for my daughter. Now to the pizza it was really good. I called in my order for delivery because I didn't see an option todo half and half. The person who took my order said that if use the online site you can order half/half, just put it in the special instructions. I did half carne asada and half combo. It takes about 45-60 minutes, they delivered by 45 minutes and it was still piping hot! The crust was excellent, crispy and chewy at the same time, not too thick and not too thin. The carne asada was all that I was hoping for! Just enough kick and I never would have thought to put refried beans...very nice touch! The meat was cut just small enough to make it easy to eat and so flavorful! The combo side was good too but I couldn't help but want to keep the carne asada side to myself! Next time I'm ordering half carne asada and half al pastor! Update: I did finally order the half and half, alas it didn't come out as expected and called the restaurant. In my many years of life I've eaten more pizza than I care to remember or admit. I've had good pizza and I've had bad pizza, but there are very few times that I can remember having great pizza. Combos Pizza is one of the few times I've had GREAT pizza. I usually stick to the big chains because of convenience, but I decided to give combos a try and wow, am I glad I did. I kept it simple and ordered one pepperoni and a second pizza with pepperoni, sausage and jalapenos. The overall experience was excellent! The pizza was delivered hot and fresh, the crust crispy but still delicious and chewy at the same time, the sauce was wonderful, and the toppings were plentiful. This will definitely be my new go to pizza spot. It looks like I'm going to have to put my diet on hold a little while longer, because I can't wait to give more of combos creations a try. read more

The pizza tastes great, and I assume it got here on time. My main issue is that no one heard a knock. At all. We were waiting in the living (right next to the door) with windows open, and we didn't hear anything. I only found the pizza because I checked the app, and it said delivered, so that prompted me to open the front door. When I opened the pizza box, a fly flew out, which I guess is because it was sitting there for awhile. I requested it to be a contactless delivery, but I didn't mean for them to leave the pizza and go without letting anyone know. Also, I had requested the pizza be left on one of two columns outside my door (about 4 feet tall), and it was left on the dirty ground. In the future, please follow directions and knock LOUDLY, and also ring the door bell. Again, the pizza tastes good. I just wish I didn't have to have see that fly on my lukewarm food that was sitting outside for 20 minutes. read more

I was introduced to this place by a friend and it was the best thing she has ever done for me. No one makes cheesy garlic bread as good as they do. It is rich in flavor. The texture and crunch of the bread is perfect. The amount of cheese given is amazing. I will be returning. I had their chicken Alfredo pasta a couple times but I wasn't that big of fan by it. Nothing was wrong with it, I am just so used to eating olive gardens pasta. It is still delicious tho! I will be returning and they follow covid regulations. I love their workers! Have gone 3 more times since the first time i went. I keep sharing to everyone and rave how yummy this pizza is. Most recently we tried the al pastor pizza and holy moly i couldn't believe that i could love it more than the asada (which i loove) like what?!?! Combos pizza offers a variety types of pizza toppings. Ok including the chicken Alfredo, the Mexican and the pastrami. Yes they are good and yes they are different but man are they bad for you. So be cautious! The prices are good and sometimes they offer some specials. We have ordered delivery and even though it takes a while we find it being worth it.
