I have never left a bad review on Yelp. This is my first. I…read morestopped in to buy paint for my house and two sheds, plus some CLR for another project. I have always liked C&K brand paint, and I knew choosing colors would take a while. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told, "Sorry, no public bathroom." The last time I was there, they had a key. Now their policy is no customers can use it. I am 68, freshly showered, and a grandmother just looking to paint her three buildings on her property. I am not a homeless person off the street looking to wash up in the sink, and I am not a teenager with a can of spray paint looking to tag the bathroom. I'm clean, wet hair still from my morning shower. I simply needed the restroom before I shopped and making decisions before spending my money. My response was, "That's okay. I'll go to Home Depot and have my paint mixed." Refusing the restroom felt rude. Contractors and other customers who may need it are turned away the same way? As it turned out, PPG was right next door as I was leaving the parking lot. I stopped in, used the bathroom, chose a color and had ten gallons mixed, they put me in their system because I know 10 gallons is not enough for the house and two sheds. Thank you for making my $600+ purchase hurt less.

Home Depot has always been SUPER friendly to me over many locations, and this location is no…read moreexception. Their prices are affordable and their staff members are good at helping "doers get more done". There are a few points that they could improve upon, such as making sure the shelves stay stocked so I don't have to get a rep to help get an item down, and not leaving a forklift in the middle of an isle so I cannot get my cart past, but compared to their friendless and helpfulness at getting me what I need, I will not criticize them more than a mention. Thank you Home Depot, you are a stable point for my handyman needs!

Coming to Home Depot is always a treat for me. My recent shopping trip, I was in one of my moods…read moreand just wanted to get in, get what I wanted, and get out. I work so much, I really just wanted to get a few pots for my pants at home, some dirt, and move on. This shopping trip was so quick, I easily found some nice indoor pots for my monstera plants at a really good price! I usually have a grand ol time whether I'm looking at flooring, appliances, electrical... lamps, lighting. There are so sorts of things to find here to improve your home! ... but every once in a while.... In the garden area, they have quite a few check out stands. Some are self check out and when I approached, there was an employee that insisted on helping, not knowing I was trying to be left alone. I told her I was going to do self check out. As she was watching me, she jumped in and told me that I didn't scan one of the 4 pots that was in my cart. I told her if she had looked at the screen, it would show I had scanned it already. I stood aside and asked her if she wanted to count the items in my cart and count the items in the screen. She said no and went on that she thought I missed it and customers do sometimes make mistakes... I replied with, "so do employees, like right now..." I think this employee was irritated I did not want her help. I felt pretty uncomfortable. I was already not in a good mood and this person was crowding and hovering over me. Just ask around awkward and very negative. Other than that particular experience, I enjoy the garden section the most. All the beautiful colors, the seasonal plants are gorgeous... the help I have received with deciding on what misters to get. Which refrigerator, which washer and dryer. Grill and black stone accessories... I really appreciate the help and advice I have received and am now looking at cabinets! See you guys soon!!

In two weeks I Called to check on the status and was told it was my carburetor and it's a $156 to repair it and the spark plug. I Asked about the warranty coverage on the spark plug? They said they were waiting on Ryobi. Two weeks later I called and they say Still no answer from Ryobi? Two more weeks and still no answer from Ryobi!?! According to Sierra Saw. I called Ryobi who stated Sierra Saw NEVER submitted a single warranty claim for the spark plug. SURPRISE! After 6 weeks they charged me $25 and never submitted a SINGLE warranty claim. $25 for doing NOTHING! NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS! I used them before this for a Husqvarna chainsaw service. I was always disappointed but assumed it was the chainsaw. I now realize they were running a scam then as well. They are the WORST! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will RIP YOU OFF!
