Heck, it's the cleanest Circke K I've been at for quite awhile. There is a sign on the door referencing that face coverings are suggested. They even offered complimentary face masks and hand sanitizing wipes. Those are at a table right inside next to the door. Nice! The staff including the Krispy Krunchy Chicken staff were wearing face masks. Great! I noticed three of the four customers in the shop were wearing their own face masks. I stood in line to pay for my Krispy Krunchy Chicken, gas, and lotto tickets all at a social distance of 6 feet thanks to the markers on the ground. The cashier was a sassy fun lady. She was a hoot. I end up having to call my doctor's office, check my patient portal, and provide verification both on my phone and verbally, only to confirm that the prescription was, in fact, sent and is ready. The staff at the front counter who handle pickups and drop-offs have consistently been extremely rude and unhelpful, which makes an already frustrating situation even worse. I have a medical condition, so having to deal with these issues every single time I need my medication is incredibly stressful and frustrating. For example, I walked in at 1:24 PM, and while the employee was in the middle of helping me, it turned 1:30 PM. She then told me I needed to come back at 2:00 PM because "the system locks." I was already being helped--how does a system simply lock someone out in the middle of a transaction? I was honestly astonished that this is how the pharmacy operates. My partner has also come here to pick up my prescriptions and has experienced the same issues. On one occasion, he waited for over an hour for my antidepressant medication, despite me receiving multiple text messages stating that the prescription was ready for pickup. This has happened far too many times, and it's unacceptable. When someone is relying on a pharmacy for necessary medications, the process should not be this consistently difficult, disorganized, and frustrating.

This used to be an awesome little grocery store before it changed ownership a few years ago. Don't get me wrong, the people who work here have always been very nice and polite to me. But with the change in business also has brought a change in clientele, as there often seems to be a mixed lot of riff-raff hanging out in front of this store, some of them brave enough to ask for your spare change so they can go in and buy their next bottle. The owners are oddly focused on the amount of time people leave cars parked in their parking lot (understandably) but yet seem to do nothing to discourage the panhandling druggies that park their butts outside the store for hours on end. On top of that there is always an odd smell in this place that never seems to go away. On the plus side this shop has a pretty vast selection of beers to choose from, I have been impressed to find brands here that I can't find elsewhere. But if you want anything other than alcohol or convenience-store-fodder, you'd be wise to save your time and look elsewhere.
