This is for the car wash and the chicken. Yes, there Is Gas Station Chicken that you can buy to really complete the car wash experience. Well, suppose it not really Gas Chicken in as much as the chicken stands alone inside to the right of the register and includes like a 'Cluck-n-Buckin Chicken" kiosk thingy. Chicken: Fried, good and cheap to get in a sack. Much the same as myself so es todos estas a bueno aqui. (That's 'all good dude' in Spanish but without the chicken (pollo)!part since you might order the Jambalaya and it's made with hot dogs not chicken.) So load up and put yourself in Neutral and pretend you rolling in a new Tesla p100d on autopilot so as to fully enjoy the Tesla and Chicken. It's grand. Not so much if you pretend it's an Avalon; trust me in this. When you hear the big big car and chicken and driver dryer fire up, it's time to wet-nap and assume control of your non-Tesla vehicular conveyance and return to reality. Since new ownership, the quality of the service has declined. Diesel pumps are always broken , bathrooms are always messy and locks barely work. Car wash was updated yesterday still regularly out of service. read more

I work late. Just stopped in after work on Friday at 1:30 am for a cold beer. The teenager behind the counter closed the coolers early so he could go home quicker. What's the point of a 2am cutoff if you can just choose to stop whenever you please for no reason. Was a loyal customer, for years. I guess I'll stop elsewhere from now on. A nice, modern, LARGE gas station with great lighting and lots of room and conveniences in a sea of mostly old, small, crampt gas stations (especially up the hill in Grass Valley). The station is very clean, the lanes for the vehicles are spacious. A negative would be that the place can get crazy busy, and the return access to Combie road could use some improvements due to the large volume of traffic. More Diesel pumps would be a good thing, too, as I often see people having to wait for those. Overall, you could do a lot worse.....when looking for a place to fill up and buy gas station type items such as booze, lottery tickets and more. A Starbucks is also just a quick 30 second walk away. read more

this place closes from 11 to 12 everynight( but that is up to person working). It's extremely inconvenient and it can be done at a later time but they choose then. It's convenient when it's not closed. I have come home from work so many times and not even able to get gas. Tonight I went in and for the 2nd time got milk that was old. It a day or 2 but 9 days!! I would calll them to complain but they changed their number And its 1130 so they'll be closed anyway. Pretty disappointing experience at this place. The facility is nice on appearance but staff can't help with anything. I needed propane and they said they couldn't do it cuz the person was on break. I came back an hour later and the same thing yet this time they were all alone. Pricing on gas usually is average at best. Car wash seems to always be broken, yet they never have signage up at the pumps so you purchase a car wash code and then cannot even use it. One time seems innocent enough but when it happens this often it feels like a scam. read more

The prices are very high, the buttons on the screen don't work, no receipt, carwash out of order. Overall bad experience. Attendants inside were of no help and had to wait a long time for someone to step up to a register to give me my receipt. It does not matter when I go to get supreme gas at this gas station... It always has water in it. I would run it 1/2 that and 1/2 race fuel in my kids motorcycles and they always ran bad. In my leaf blower and chain saw always run terrible and stall with there fuel. I asked the manager numerous times about it and was told they have 0% water in there tanks. I call BS because I too worked at a gas station in my younger years and know this is not possible and if it is now the water is getting in between the tank and my gas cans. Never have had issues as much as this place and will not buy fuel from here. Highest prices per gallon in town and with the extra free water it's just not worth the hassles. Having said all that most all of the employees are very nice. So that's a positive. There is this one lady who likes to argue with you on what you're purchasing and you have to explain to her that you're the customer and the customer is always right. Funny stuff ....For fuel it's later Higgins Chevron, for fried chicken and drink when you want some un-healthy stuff this is your place!! read more
