Even the mid level choice does a good job! The location is great because I always have my oil changed here ( next door..same parking lot). They get busy so go early! On my last visit they stripped the front differential drain bolt. They also didn't put all the bolts back in my skid plate and didn't tighten the oil filter properly. Oil leaked all over my truck and I lost a significant amount of oil. I'm honestly lucky my engine wasn't damaged. On top of that, the staff was rude and the waiting area chairs are filthy. Basic attention to detail and cleanliness should not be this hard. The only reason I kept coming back was because they're open on weekends, but after this experience I won't be returning.

So not only did the refund that we were going to put in the gas tank after the shampooer wasn't working get shorted then they tried to short us on the gas as well.
