We used Window Genie recently to clean our gutters, and I have virtually no complaints. They:…read more 1) Provided an estimate (and it was lower than I expected it to be!) 2) Scheduled our cleaning pretty quickly 3) Arrived on time and cleaned everything without issue (well, we were wrong about a spigot being available at the front of our house, but that's on us) If I had one minor complaint, it's that they don't have an online portal for payments, and there's a 3.5% charge for paying via credit card over the phone (versus sending them a check). I feel like businesses nowadays should give customers the opportunity to pay over the internet (and without any kind of extra charge for using a credit card!). But our bill was pretty low, and 3.5% of something pretty low is really low :) So not a big deal. Overall, I would recommend Window Genie (of Princeton) for gutter cleaning!
